Hearthstone Pregnancy Announcement

Hello lovely Redditors! I have never posted on Reddit before so please bare with me. Also please feel free to remove the post if not allowed (I read the rules and I wasn't sure).

I recently found out I am pregnant with my first child. My partner is unaware of this at the moment, however, I want to surprise him but I need help! My partner absolutely loves Hearthstone and has been playing on PC for as long as I have known him (probably since 2016). It is his comfort game and he absolutely loves it! To be completely honest (I am sorry in advance) I know very little about the game, just some of the things he has shared with me over the two years. However, I want to surprise my partner in a special way because I know how much he loves Hearthstone. I am looking for ways I can announce to him that I am pregnant but include Hearthstone somehow. Is making a card for the PC a thing? Any ideas or suggestions would be so very helpful! I appreciate any input! 😊
