Hello. My account was mistakenly banned for being a "bot" but I didn't do that. All I did was AFK in solo adventures and sometimes in ranked games. I shouldn't be banned. I'm very focused on my account. I want to unlock my golden Thrall shaman portrait and use my 119 arena tickets.
