After 3149 boss defeated, I've finally managed to get 180 successful heroic runs. I've gotten every crown and check mark in Heroic mode. I'm glad that anomaly mode didn't have any associated check marks.

Goodbye Haro Setting-sun, may we never meet again.

The gamemode is very well-made. I'm impressed by the number of different directions all of the classes can go. For example, I wasn't convinced that Quest Warrior would be a viable strategy, until I managed to pull it off in the citadel

. Being able to explore different directions for different classes in all of the wings really made the experience better. There wasn't necessarily an obvious direction for the classes.

After this whole experience, I think Shaman is my favorite class in the Heist because Walking Fountain is very powerful and Shudderwock decks

can get really whacky. But, Squeamlish is by far my favorite character.

My only big complaint is that some of the bosses are very unfair and unfun to play against, and balanced only because the AI misplay. Chomper and Linzi can easily end your run before it starts. Haro Setting-sun has ended more of my runs than any other boss in the game, and he probably shouldn't appear in every single chapter. I'd rather lose to someone new.

As a side thought, I think Bob's Tavern should have an option to remove a general card from your deck. It feels bad to get a weapon or hero card that you don't want and then be stuck with it forever. An option similar to discovering 1 of 4 spells to remove, but generalized, would be a welcome addition.

All in all, it was a fun journey that I put way too much time into.

For anyone interested, here are some of my favorite successful Citadel decks from the last week.
