[2019] Anyone complaining about no time to think in the new mode for users with less potent cpu/phones?

My cpu can't handle that much animation, when I get to the tavern I got like 10 seconds, I apreciate the reduction of quality in then menu options, but I still can't handle with losing a match due to lack of power. I was thinking on the menu quality options of skullgirls, where you have more options for quality, animations and lighting effects. I could handle it in the normal format but in battlegrounds is impossible to play, for me at least.
