BLIZZARD banned my wife?

To sum it up, me and my wife are currently long distance due to military obligations. We spend most of our time playing hearthstone together, it's helped us stay close when we run out of things to talk about. Today she messages me out of confusion an email she received. Now I'm reading this thinking.. perhaps ill find some case on reddit of blizzard false banning accounts and this would or could be rectified but low and behold it diesnt seem to be tye case. Im 1000% sure she has never cheated or botted on her account. She doesnt play standard. Only duo battlegrounds with me. This left me to wonder... how is it the case she is banned for a potential flag? But im not..? Could somebody clue me in? Is this the normal now. Blizzard invalids somebodies account for no reason these days?
