1002s	themed enough I did this
1006s	freaky yeah it's as if molecular himself
1008s	is coming to get me I know very spooky
1012s	five spooky through me Derek Brown how
1014s	you doing today you ready to cast some
1015s	Battlegrounds I'm doing fantastic TJ
1017s	towards the start of yesterday I was
1019s	getting a little bit nervous that
1020s	murlocised would be uh a little bit too
1023s	monologized if I'm being honest but as
1025s	the day went on we got some fantastic
1027s	games of Battlegrounds with some
1029s	wide-ranging uh different strategies
1032s	being gone for pirates murlocs nagas all
1035s	kinds of goodness and uh some very
1037s	fantastic play along the way
1041s	yeah what's up uh quite exciting we have
1043s	a little bit of a slow start yesterday
1045s	I'd say oh yeah um first two games was
1049s	all Divine field murlocs but then it
1051s	picked up highlighted for me by IG
1055s	swords fantastic game number three in
1058s	that first Lobby
1060s	um which if you didn't see it I
1061s	recommend going back
1063s	um triple Golden Hawk or anyone uh with
1067s	uh pilford lamps right it was made
1069s	possible by the pilford lamp so a very
1071s	fun game recommend checking that out
1073s	from yesterday but
1075s	um what what are we doing here you know
1077s	this is it you see these five bullet
1079s	points that's what we're doing here top
1081s	16 uh Global Battlegrounds players that
1083s	qualify to this portion of the event
1085s	today we've cut it down uh to that eight
1087s	so we've passed uh those second and
1090s	third bullet points we're now down to
1092s	our top eight today we're going to
1093s	feature the final lobby with the check
1095s	format which means players are going to
1098s	earn points as normal for their finish
1100s	with within these games and once a
1103s	player reaches 20 points they put the
1105s	lobby in check if a player that has a
1107s	lobbying check wins a game they're
1110s	crowned the champion so uh could be very
1113s	exciting we could have what as little as
1116s	four lobbies or as well as four games in
1118s	the lobby we could have
1120s	um what's the maximum is 10 right
1123s	I think like theoretically 10 but the
1125s	graphic only goes up to eight I'm pretty
1127s	sure so yeah pause that point we're in a
1130s	you know Uncharted it's like a very
1133s	specific scenarios that have to happen
1135s	each and every game in order to get that
1139s	far down but we should be in for you
1141s	know probably about six or seven uh for
1143s	this which is should be pretty fun to
1146s	see these players battle it out uh in a
1149s	bunch of different games hopefully get
1151s	to see a lot of different styles and
1153s	who's going to come out on top I'm
1155s	certainly excited especially after what
1157s	we saw uh in those games yesterday
1160s	me too and I think that when you add in
1163s	the extra spice of the Czech system as
1166s	the day progresses we're just going to
1167s	be seeing more and more tense games and
1169s	more and more daring strategies because
1171s	as we've seen already so far today when
1173s	players go for these win or bust
1176s	strategies uh a lot of the time they
1178s	bust which for them sucks but for us is
1180s	pretty enjoyable to watch them fall flat
1182s	on their face uh speaking of falling
1185s	flat on one's face uh that seemed to
1187s	happen yesterday for me in terms of my
1189s	Tavern buddy predictions but maybe you
1192s	playing along at home can Fair a little
1194s	pathetic because I think this is one of
1195s	the coolest additions that we've had to
1197s	Lobby Legends over the last couple of
1199s	events that we've run which is that you
1202s	can make some predictions uh based on
1204s	what you think is gonna happen during
1206s	this Lobby Legends win yourself some
1208s	points and climb that leaderboard the
1211s	main thing you're going to be looking to
1212s	do I think before the tournament has
1214s	started or before today's action has
1216s	started is that you can choose a fantasy
1218s	team pick the three players that you
1219s	think are going to be doing best there's
1221s	only one group left as it's the final
1223s	Lobby today and you will get points
1225s	depending on how well they finish over
1227s	the day
1228s	yep Derek and I will be revealing our
1230s	fantasy teams here pretty shortly
1233s	um and uh you know I wouldn't say copy
1236s	us but I think I did pretty all right
1239s	yesterday so copy one of us copy me
1242s	we're also gonna have puzzle box
1243s	questions puzzle box questions they
1245s	might even be open now or at least
1246s	they'll be open soon once we reveal what
1248s	the questions are uh puzzle box
1250s	questions you predict uh be at the
1252s	beginning of the broadcast so now or
1254s	when that first game Begins for this
1256s	final Lobby and there's gonna be six
1259s	questions that have unique things that
1261s	could happen uh during the day for
1263s	example yesterday one of the puzzle box
1265s	questions was will the player win a game
1268s	uh with the Wonder Ball uh quest which
1271s	uh it actually happened in the very
1273s	first game that we watched uh which was
1276s	our wisdom ball
1279s	um uh in the very first game that we
1280s	watched which was incredibly exciting
1282s	for me because I said yes to that
1284s	question and then of course bandwagon
1287s	um I don't did we do well you you had
1290s	one bandwagon prediction uh yesterday
1292s	but I don't think I did that well maybe
1294s	I had one as well but you have to guess
1295s	the winner based on the first four turns
1298s	so you need to decide based on who's
1302s	playing well who has a hero that you
1305s	think is going to do well in that
1306s	particular game and you have to get your
1308s	guess in before the first four turns the
1310s	catch to this is the earlier you guess
1312s	the more potential points you can get so
1315s	if you guessed the winner on turn one
1317s	you get more points than if you guessed
1319s	the winner on turn four but you got to
1320s	make sure that's in uh during those
1322s	first first four turns in the extension
1324s	that's right yeah so you can go for a
1327s	risky strategy where you see someone
1328s	pick a hero you like and just go for it
1330s	right out the gate that's what I went
1332s	for yesterday it was like turn one or
1334s	turn two that I picked uh mengesha was
1337s	it on Reno I was just like I'm a Reno
1340s	believer I got it right smashed it right
1343s	out the gate or you can wait until the
1345s	uh the quests have been discovered on
1346s	turn four which is I think probably the
1348s	most sensible strap but you know me and
1350s	TJ are here to make bold predictions and
1353s	uh just absolutely crash and burn when
1355s	it goes wrong but one thing thankfully
1357s	the TJ and I had a 100 success rate with
1361s	I think yesterday was Barrel's blessing
1363s	where once per match once per Lobby
1366s	uh subtle are a wonderful spectator for
1370s	this event is going to choose two people
1371s	who are going to fight and then during
1373s	the shop phase you have to pick who you
1375s	think is going to win which is going to
1377s	test your your barrel of capability with
1380s	the slight admitted advantage of
1382s	actually being able to see both the
1384s	boards which uh usually you should be
1386s	getting that one right it's a good
1387s	Baseline Le test of your uh
1391s	Battlegrounds knowledge it's going to be
1393s	unsadle today to find out some difficult
1395s	ones uh to be fair it was very tough
1398s	yesterday because especially at the
1399s	beginning once we got to the later turns
1401s	it was like yeah
1402s	um uh everybody was just getting
1405s	eliminated super fast and then the the
1407s	final was just murloc Divine Shields so
1411s	it's just okay you count the amount of
1413s	divine Shields nobody has any texts yeah
1415s	those ones are pretty straightforward so
1417s	saddle's gonna give us some good ones
1418s	today I have faith and I did get word
1420s	that uh the puzzle box uh questions in
1423s	the extension I believe fantasy team
1424s	should be open now so if you're watching
1426s	on Twitch uh make sure you have that uh
1428s	allow access for that extension play
1431s	along you see the leaderboard down right
1432s	below the stream as well there's a
1434s	little leaderboard that updates so
1437s	um yeah yeah we there's also I believe
1439s	in all time uh leaderboard for The
1441s	Tavern extension yeah I was clicking
1443s	through it yesterday uh and I saw all
1445s	time
1446s	so it's just two Lobby Legends now but
1448s	it's it's gonna ramp up right we have
1450s	another Lobby Legends coming up towards
1452s	the end of the year which will be the
1453s	last one to wrap things up
1454s	um but make sure you tune in to each and
1457s	every one because uh there's uh nothing
1459s	nothing feels better
1461s	then seeing your name at the top of any
1465s	leaderboard for anything
1468s	I don't know if I'd go that far I feel
1470s	like I could come up with a couple that
1471s	maybe you're you're not quite so happy
1473s	to get yeah but if your name is there
1475s	it's okay right like I I love seeing my
1478s	name places look at that my name's right
1480s	there it's right below my face there's
1482s	nothing below it either which means in
1484s	whatever category my camera is I'm at
1488s	first
1489s	nobody else even has any points
1492s	look at that wanted poster it's me

1507s	uh all right here's the points
1510s	distribution uh same as we've had for
1512s	all the previous Lobby Legends
1514s	um and relevant because again first to
1518s	20 points is the one who puts that Lobby
1520s	in check and then just has to win and
1522s	subtle posted uh the breakdown of
1526s	theoretical maximum uh-huh games that we
1528s	got that it's 14. oh but like I said it
1532s	involves a very specific situation where
1534s	one player has to get exactly eight so
1538s	not even tied for eighth exactly eighth
1540s	for ten lobbies in a row
1543s	and then win the last four lobbies
1548s	you know what and 10 games in a row this
1551s	sounds like a job for me Teach I'm
1553s	stepping up and that's just one player
1556s	all the rest of the players have to have
1557s	this really even points distribution to
1559s	get into check at the same exact time
1561s	they all have to win exactly one and
1564s	then have a point spread where they're
1566s	going first and second then third and
1568s	fourth and fifth and sixth okay I mean
1570s	an eighth like it has to be exact so
1573s	that's the theoretical maximum but the
1576s	chances of that happening are
1578s	astronomically low and of course fifty
1581s	thousand dollar prize pool first place
1582s	is going to go with ten thousand dollars
1586s	I'm pretty sure that's very well that's
1588s	a lot of money uh for Battleground slide
1591s	religion so uh pretty neat
1593s	yeah that has to be one of those things
1595s	where like the human brain isn't
1596s	equipped to realize how unlikely that is
1599s	like yeah there's more ways to arrange a
1602s	deck of cards than atoms in the universe
1603s	or whatever that is uh but either way
1606s	taking a look at our puzzle box
1608s	predictions TJ Mr positive yeah so full
1613s	Suite of yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes

1618s	would you like to quickly run us through
1619s	yeah well Derek's bandwagon picks uh
1622s	I'll finish in the top four yep got a
1624s	lot of faith in Derek when every
1626s	Barrel's blessing pick yep a lot of
1628s	faith in me uh four different players
1630s	win a game yep I have faith in everyone
1633s	equally so where different players are
1635s	gonna win will a player win with the
1637s	pillford lamps Quest award yep it
1639s	happened three times yesterday and again
1642s	I everybody love everybody I love
1645s	everybody I love pill for lamps so
1647s	that's a yes will a player win without
1649s	Leroy suffolks here on their final turn
1650s	that one's I think actual yes and you
1653s	even picked yes too and then will every
1655s	game be won by a different hero this one
1658s	hello a little bit closer because we
1662s	could have a lot more games uh to play
1664s	today right
1665s	um so the chances are that we might have
1670s	a game one with the same hero but nope I
1671s	have a lot of faith I have faith in
1673s	everybody I have faith in all all the
1675s	heroes and so they're all going to
1677s	equally share uh the the podium and
1681s	we're gonna get a different one
1682s	different winner different hero winner
1684s	every game
1685s	our egalitarian of etj uh mine was
1689s	hopefully a little bit considered which
1691s	I'm sure God will in the ultimate irony
1694s	just make me wrong on every single one
1696s	even though you're somehow gonna be
1698s	correct on every single one don't even
1699s	know you have little faith

1703s	yeah I should have learned to just be
1705s	yes on everything but I still have faith
1708s	in my picks I think this one is going to
1710s	go a little bit better and the main
1711s	thing I'm hoping for is my fantasy team
1713s	which taking a look at our final Lobby
1715s	TJ we can see admittedly was a really
1719s	tough decision to pick three players out
1722s	of this group because it is
1725s	Omega stacked yes it is and
1728s	um you know
1731s	yjmb probably was the player that
1734s	impressed the most at least uh for me
1736s	yesterday
1738s	um but he's he's kind of a newcomer at
1740s	least a Lobby Legends
1742s	um so but we I feel like it's impossible
1744s	to pick a favorite because we have the
1747s	the classic favorites right like xqn
1750s	who's you know just
1752s	insane at Battlegrounds but everybody in
1756s	their own way showed off
1760s	some really sharp skills yesterday oh
1762s	yeah and I think that was one of the
1765s	takeaways like there was a couple
1766s	players that squeaked in into that top
1769s	four
1770s	um but at a certain point within their
1773s	Lobby
1774s	they really impressed like there was not
1776s	a single player where they're like I
1778s	don't really remember what they did
1779s	there was a highlight moment for each
1780s	and every one of them and I think that's
1782s	cool it's incredibly stacked uh top
1784s	eight that we have
1785s	yeah I think it was very bold strategies
1787s	from a lot of our players we saw from
1789s	Sleepy a pretty Innovative use of nagas
1793s	in a way where you get a fissa but only
1796s	two nagas and then just like a bunch of
1798s	death rattly minions to continually proc
1802s	the pashma for all these uh
1805s	um bellcroft spells you get as well it's
1808s	very very weird board but just
1809s	absolutely expertly uh maneuvered uh
1812s	mainshare I think as well in that final
1814s	game as a player that I was very much
1816s	impressed by but I had to go in the end
1819s	for my pick with xqn
1821s	obviously I believe now the curse has
1824s	been lifted there's nothing stopping him
1825s	now he's finally made it to a day two uh
1828s	the Eternal rank one player surely has
1830s	to be finding his time on the top East
1832s	Leaf again I trust bennage who has just
1834s	been telling us how dominant he has been
1837s	in the Chinese Battleground scene and
1839s	then yjnb I fully agree with you there
1841s	TJ he was truly impressing yesterday
1843s	despite being a bit of an unknown entity
1845s	to it yeah and my I also pick why jmb of
1849s	course and then Matt Syrian sleepy are
1851s	my picks Matt serial coming off a second
1853s	place finish in uh Lobby Legend six uh
1856s	the last one to happen was very
1858s	impressed by him there and I think he's
1860s	gonna be hungry for a win today and then
1861s	sleepy just because
1863s	just so unique right as a player
1866s	um always I don't know if he
1868s	purposefully starts up a game and it's
1870s	like I'm gonna go against the grain just
1872s	for the sake of it right I'm gonna be
1874s	contrarian just because I want to or
1876s	really because he just sees the lines
1878s	like past everybody else right he he
1881s	he's just built different uh and so uh
1885s	that's why I'm gonna I'm gonna go with
1886s	sleepy and had a good day if you're out
1888s	there and you're trying to build your
1889s	fantasy teams um you know a player that
1892s	neither Derek or I picked that did have
1894s	a fantastic day yesterday was gonna say
1896s	um finished first place in that that
1898s	first group had a first place finish and
1900s	a second place finish within uh that
1903s	that first Lobby definitely a player to
1905s	look out for
1907s	um and but I feel like with this top
1909s	eight you really can't go wrong with
1911s	with any picks uh but just trying to
1913s	highlight what dare connect shows and
1916s	then of course just giving a quick shout
1917s	out to yanase for uh being overall I
1920s	think the best performing player from
1921s	yesterday just in terms of points
1923s	yeah as uh TJ again clearly wanted you
1926s	to say yes to every player
1929s	team if I could pick four gonna say
1932s	would be my fourth let's just put it

1987s	priority pick he's not a c'thun gamer

2037s	but there are a possible amount of tempo

2044s	getting that early can allow you to uh
2047s	have some pretty strong tempo right if
2049s	you're able to just find cool boards and
2051s	just slam the the blood jams early yeah
2055s	Savannah High main is you know one of
2057s	the just best individually stated Tavern
2060s	tier 4 minions and then Mana Queen is
2063s	almost always good to have so uh I'm
2066s	gonna say maybe not the the most flashy
2068s	picks here but
2070s	generally good let's just put it that
2072s	way

2081s	missed turn one

2090s	picked on turn two but he's going with

2095s	else make sure you put your bandwagon

2098s	can wait till up to turn four but you
2099s	gotta get in turn four the earlier you
2101s	do it the more potential points uh you

2106s	um and the winner at the the end of the
2108s	broadcast today gets a virtual high five
2111s	from me and Derek okay well if there's
2114s	still time to get in on turn two current
2115s	Echo is looking like a decent pick here
2118s	right nice high Tempo start triple was
2120s	there in the tavern and it being the uh
2124s	shell collector means he's gonna be
2125s	getting a triple with a good amount of
2127s	money good amount of tempo to go as well
2129s	and I mean just look at this malygous
2131s	with a bunch of these token minions this
2133s	is the dream
2136s	oh yeah
2139s	I know you're not a fan of these types
2141s	of heroes that stay on one and try to
2142s	you know milk triples as much as
2144s	possible but surely even you can give
2147s	this one a big fat yes
2149s	oh yeah my bandwagon iPad on turn three
2152s	was ygmb uh just because I like oh yeah
2155s	I I want to see what he does with it we
2157s	saw a good mix of I saw a lot of
2158s	galicron yesterday actually we saw a
2160s	good mix of players
2161s	um like where they stopped if they went
2163s	for Tempo and stopped at like a four uh
2166s	on their first round of here powers or
2167s	if they got greedy and went all the way
2168s	to six we saw uh the whole end of the
2171s	the Spectrum there but this is so
2173s	powerful early on this is a uh pretty
2177s	insane it's gonna hold is strong enough
2179s	so it's gonna hold back on the show
2181s	collector going into the quest turn uh
2184s	just in case there's a quest that's
2185s	energizes with it really doesn't need to
2186s	play it on the board because well one
2189s	because Sleepy's got nothing on the
2192s	board sleepy when uh went three on three
2194s	so uh a good hold for current Echo at
2198s	least has one minion in the bank to try
2201s	and synergize with the question let's
2202s	see Battle Cry or Naga oh Naga okay
2206s	that's you that's equal or stolen gold
2210s	for 10 minions though that's gotta be
2212s	worth it right
2214s	oh uh but can I
2218s	can attempt you and I'm a menagerie
2220s	Mayhem yes
2224s	okay for xq Wow Let's don't go five

2229s	I want to say that's a little bit
2231s	tougher to complete and not just like
2233s	die uh in the meantime but you do have
2237s	Beasts you do have uh nagas as well
2240s	ritual dagger is interesting also just
2242s	because
2244s	um it's it's true or mixer beasts which
2247s	you know those are death rattles those
2249s	are death rattles yeah I I you know a
2252s	lot of times Beasts especially with like
2254s	leapfrogger builds are a little bit you
2256s	don't really care about the plus four
2258s	plus four right
2260s	um like the initial stats is not as
2261s	important as just getting the pieces for
2263s	the Frogger and Max the strong death
2265s	rattle Max don't come until uh much
2267s	later on in the game right
2270s	um so it's harder to play around
2273s	so I you know it's just a hard one to
2276s	work okay Gastly Mass what was the uh
2279s	it was a banner board I think the anabor
2281s	okay
2282s	uh and have
2284s	a number of minions die I believe yeah
2287s	empty uh which is fairly steep but you
2291s	know we're looking at like five turns
2294s	maybe you can get that completed which
2297s	if you can find uh a chagra at the end
2299s	of that you know that's that's
2300s	stabilization or a light Fang
2305s	hey girl
2309s	or all three
2316s	okay pretty perfect fight a lot of
2319s	minions dying yeah but uh still coming
2321s	away with the dub
2322s	uh sleepy though down to just 29
2325s	continuing to lose these fights and
2328s	getting in a pretty scary situation yeah
2331s	uh
2333s	I feel like we've seen players play Reno
2335s	in two different ways right one is very
2337s	conservative and
2339s	um trying to like uh be very protective
2342s	of your life total early and use the
2344s	Hero part A little later and the second
2345s	is just going for that the huge Spike
2347s	right I mean this is Sleepy to a t right
2350s	yeah just heavy metal music blasting
2353s	let's go
2356s	uh
2357s	oh that was actually
2359s	um
2361s	pretty cool oh wow okay
2366s	okay I love it I love it uh what what
2370s	was the Quest for uh sleepy here
2373s	um
2374s	if someone 25 minions is the quest I
2377s	don't know that ain't happening Chief I
2379s	don't know the reward yet
2383s	I mean I hope pretty good if it's
2384s	someone 25 million no 35 minutes is it
2388s	three on three into just
2390s	blaming the hero power on the iron
2393s	Sensei I mean if you get that early
2395s	those stats can get ramp up real quick
2397s	he's right like he's he's getting plus
2400s	six plus six every turn that's
2403s	yeah even holds back but the melting
2406s	leaper I guess wants to consolidate the
2409s	stats
2411s	from this iron Sensei onto the Minions
2412s	that he knows he's Gonna Keep
2416s	yeah and like obviously this is not the
2419s	ideal it's kind of the unspoken thing of
2420s	what we're saying we're a little
2421s	surprised because this is generally not
2423s	what you want to do at all as Reno but I

4360s	like Ming jao was a little bit

4363s	benefit is he does have that Leroy that
4364s	I'm sure was still on the board
4367s	um which you know if you get a small
4370s	cleave on the on the Hydra next to a
4372s	Leroy
4377s	yeah it's a Divine shield on one of the
4382s	oh no it went on the profit well yeah
4385s	okay
4387s	uh oh and it hit the wrong Hydra oh
4390s	disaster man maybe make sure he's
4392s	stronger here
4397s	yep yeah wow oh my goodness I'm
4400s	surprised by that make sure it's really
4402s	just through nice Tech minions boosted
4405s	his power level a lot more than I
4406s	expected yeah the the taunted man and
4409s	queen and Leroy uh on the far right it's
4413s	sick ended up doing uh quite a bit of
4415s	work also had some
4417s	you know pretty bad flips on the
4420s	selfless hero could have gone a lot
4421s	different if those had gone on uh
4423s	Minions that actually were impactful
4425s	like the hydras even in that second
4427s	situation uh going into the second man
4429s	and queen right if this the 50 50 had
4432s	gone on the other Hydra
4433s	that would have been a much different
4435s	game
4436s	much different round but alas top two is
4439s	mingja and xqn
4442s	we've got to think about is still in
4444s	combat it appears
4447s	isn't that it still has him in third
4449s	because his combat hasn't resolved so it
4450s	doesn't know that he's actually yeah in
4452s	second
4453s	and also the turn timer
4458s	was like 120 something seconds
4463s	oh
4465s	the main Charlotte in terms of tech
4467s	units he can get zap kind of out of the
4470s	question right because the baron is
4473s	not the smallest minion there's a few
4475s	that are smaller than that still yeah
4477s	on the baron very very early on yeah
4481s	yeah let's go then Arnold Blaster of
4484s	limited utility as well I want to say
4486s	because everything's just going to get
4487s	uh you know imbigened by the
4491s	uh the leapers anyway very rapidly yeah
4495s	I don't know about this there's not much
4496s	like migshaw has gotten any stronger
4499s	since the previous time that they fought
4501s	and he's still gonna put in this void
4503s	Lord at the end
4504s	the void Lord needs to not
4511s	I'm gonna transfer the stats over to
4513s	yeah something else to get rid of it
4515s	that's smart because then the voice
4516s	stays small yeah I was gonna say the
4518s	board Lord can't uh eat one of the
4521s	higher attack Minions on this board
4523s	because then it'd be high enough stats
4525s	toward the initial leapfrogger attack
4526s	would kill it that's really nice so
4529s	swapping the stats there uh with the uh
4532s	hero power selection for a master win a
4535s	huge deal and it's also just just more
4537s	raw stats that are on the board so
4540s	definitely a big fan of that play all
4542s	right what do we got going on
4544s	oh that's the golden leaper
4547s	right at the end yeah this is
4550s	it doesn't matter right because no no no
4552s	yeah the the first sleeper is going to
4554s	be golden anyway and you actually would
4556s	rather have one gold and one regular so
4558s	this board is pretty much exactly the
4559s	same as last time except the selfless
4561s	hero is now golden
4563s	um so it doesn't have to take the the
4565s	kind of flip that he took in the last
4566s	game with the
4568s	um Baron only having a uh well three out
4571s	of four chance to actually hit it okay
4572s	so Frogger doesn't die
4576s	oh
4579s	still not dead
4581s	it's big though that Frogger is
4582s	surviving for such a long while
4586s	it may not die here either
4589s	oh well that was weird though sorry yeah

4601s	chance for the Hydra to kill honor the

4605s	Divine Shield yeah of wind fury it's
4608s	just enough isn't it still

4680s	though that was a leaper win I believe
4682s	it was a win in which uh there was still
4685s	a selfless right which is kind of one of
4687s	the things I was thinking there might
4688s	not be a LeRoy or a selfless in a
4690s	leapers comp which is probably going to
4691s	happen at some point will a player win
4694s	without Leroy or selfless on their final
4697s	turn
4698s	and that didn't happen there because he
4700s	won with selfless the one with selfless
4703s	on the final turn so we still have a
4706s	chance
4708s	um though to uh to get there right it
4711s	just has to happen once just a single
4713s	player has to win without either Leroy
4716s	or selfless and funnily enough no matter
4718s	who won that final final game that final
4722s	round
4723s	we wouldn't have picked that because
4724s	make sure I had
4726s	a uh a LeRoy Rex maybe that was not the
4730s	correct uh decision to be going for it's
4732s	gonna happen once right it's Gotta
4734s	happen yeah yeah
4735s	well I believe I believe but either way
4737s	a huge win for xq and there and a huge
4740s	turn up for Meng Xiao who again a player
4742s	that I really thought was not going to
4744s	be able to survive that mid game uh but
4746s	through some really nice use of devil in
4748s	the details alongside kertras obviously
4750s	to continually upgrade honestly uh devil
4753s	in the details
4754s	um the animal arriving purchase but
4756s	devil in the details to buff up these
4758s	hydras really nice use of the master
4760s	wind hero Powers turn after the
4763s	just ride his way through to a
4765s	well-deserved second place in my opinion
4767s	but for xq full seven points he gets
4770s	puts himself in great standing to
4773s	rapidly put the lobby in check uh
4775s	imagine if Matsuri was just have a tier
4778s	six on that fight that would have been
4781s	probably the best play we've seen all
4783s	weekend with isolated hydras on the
4785s	board and oh yeah hitting those good
4787s	hits broad executing all the way down to
4789s	one so there you go standings uh for
4792s	yeah we only go up to eight we need to
4794s	go up to 14. yeah
4797s	no we can't because there can't be any
4800s	ties in this theoretical
4802s	outcome so I think Max theoretical
4805s	maximum lobbies now has been narrowed
4807s	down to I think maybe even 12.
4810s	um just because two players tied which
4812s	ruins uh two very specific scenarios
4817s	um so but we're probably not going to
4819s	get there eight is we all we need
4830s	rough start for a couple of our picks
4833s	though sleepy and East Leaf uh both of
4835s	us choosing
4837s	not looking too good by xqn for me and
4839s	ygmb for both of us getting through you
4842s	know Matsuri for you as well we're both
4844s	in with a decent chance I think we're
4846s	nearly tied
4848s	um you have very close one and a half
4850s	more points than me I think because you
4851s	got zero for your sleep I got 1.5 for
4853s	sleepy
4854s	so that's 5.5 for me but seven for you
4857s	so you're 1.5 points ahead of me I'm not
4858s	gonna keep track the rest of the day
4859s	that's going to be too difficult but uh
4862s	alas still a decent decent first game
4866s	not in terms of uh puzzle box question
4868s	outcomes but okay fantasy team picks
4870s	very similar
4871s	what we saw from yesterday xqn uh quite
4874s	obviously a fan favorite in the lead
4877s	um nearly 80 percent picked execute for
4879s	their fantasy team so a lot of people
4880s	going away with a pretty uh substantial
4883s	amount of points and then Matt Terry's
4886s	sleeping watching and B rounding off
4887s	that top four of how many of you in the
4890s	tavern party extension pick those
4892s	players for their fantasy team
4894s	so
4897s	how many people picking Mings on coming
4899s	up with a second place finish in this
4901s	first game missing out
4904s	going up the heat has proving them wrong
4906s	which I love to see I think men shower
4908s	has been playing really nicely I was I
4910s	was close to picking him but in the end
4911s	did decide to go with uh YJ and B Dead
4914s	uh just because of the prize his wow
4917s	factor that he gave us yesterday that we
4919s	weren't necessarily expecting at all uh
4921s	but a cool first game right unlike
4923s	anything we've seen so far this weekend
4925s	both in terms of the first place the
4926s	second Blaze and the third place as well
4928s	uh just showing us these really unique
4930s	combinations of quests and hero powers
4933s	can come in really clutch or of course
4935s	you can do xq-ended ignore your quest
4937s	ignore your hero power and just go
4939s	leapers instead
4942s	yeah
4945s	Ah that's the first leaper win we've
4948s	even seen yeah they've been attempted a
4950s	couple times right but it's just lost
4952s	like too late it was like way too late
4955s	they didn't and it stolen gold makes it
4958s	easy right
4959s	um easier uh as long as you can complete
4962s	some gold and then find the baron you
4964s	don't have to worry about tripling a
4966s	baron you can focus on you know buying
4968s	techs not revealing as much Tavern
4969s	steering up so you can find those texts
4972s	a little bit easier right so and that's
4974s	what uh xqn was able to do some uh
4977s	really nice uh sort of positioning and
4980s	inclusions on the board in in the last
4982s	couple turns to fight each specific
4984s	opponent so all right well first games
4986s	in the book for this final Lobby uh we
4989s	got plenty more we got at least three
4992s	more uh probably even more than that

5822s	blockchain Synergy oh yeah so uh pretty

5839s	Elementals and completed it in two turns
5842s	that's insane it was like seven of them

5975s	a huge divide up to Kuran Echo downwards
5977s	with Matsuri Meng sha in addition to
5979s	yanase uh all struggling to stabilize
5982s	but for Janice I I feel like if he can
5985s	stabilize he's in a decent spot now with
5989s	double doomsayer a decent amount of
5991s	milking potential as well
5996s	and this looks survivable that's a great
5999s	Hydra here my goodness
6005s	a win for sure
6008s	unfortunate that the uh
6010s	for students there fell immediately
6013s	okay we'll just get one
6017s	better than nothing
6022s	okay
6024s	still alive everybody's still alive
6027s	you know the play is down at the bottom
6028s	seem to have found whatever they needed
6030s	in order to stabilize once more as even
6034s	yjmb is starting to lose now right up at
6036s	the top yeah was hadn't even lost around
6039s	yet I don't think except for no not even
6041s	the first one cousin is off so that was
6044s	a substantial amount of damage taken for
6046s	Emma's turn to be knocked down but is it
6048s	Tavern tier five is a little bit ahead
6049s	of the average pace
6051s	and the last time we saw him look pretty
6053s	strong
6055s	um let me take a quick look at what he's
6057s	got going on
6059s	it's
6061s	okay it's a bunch of mishmash of death
6064s	rattles sleepy what's sleepy got going
6065s	on
6067s	we got some pretty spicy stuff here I
6069s	think this is another golden pashma form
6071s	which we've seen oh yeah and win with
6074s	right it is very very nice play
6077s	um over in lobby B yesterday uh with a
6080s	thyssa plus pashma and he's got a lot of
6083s	the same tools Happening Here Right a
6084s	bunch of death rattles uh in order to
6086s	summon more minions and continually proc
6088s	the pashma I like what I'm seeing
6092s	uh these six drops though I like less
6095s	yeah ritual dagger is also very
6099s	interesting
6100s	um
6103s	like in the long term
6106s	like yes it's scaling but
6110s	there's a lot of death rattles you just
6112s	you want them you want them to die
6116s	for justice well it's a death battle you
6117s	don't really want to keep getting
6119s	stronger for now it's very good right
6122s	it's a much needed tempo
6125s	um but like as death rattles start to
6127s	die more and more and the pashmar just
6130s	stays the same size
6131s	sort of a little bit of anti-synergy
6133s	going on which will dagger but well I'm
6135s	curious to see how that one plays out
6137s	uh Siri hitting the ground shake uh
6140s	Divine shields uh gem splitter kind of
6143s	comp but it's all very half and half
6146s	kind of bored right it's
6148s	some of the stats are there clearly
6150s	hasn't found much use for the hero power
6152s	so far
6153s	this board could use a magnum really bad
6157s	hits as this looks like a loss for
6158s	Matsuri pretty heavily yeah oh yeah it's
6161s	gonna be uh
6164s	probably an eight for Mastery it didn't
6167s	look like anybody else's danger I felt
6168s	like the honestly was uh pretty strong
6171s	so just to run
6172s	you don't really think it didn't really
6174s	get anything going and yeah that is
6176s	going to be bold possession
6179s	of eighth place for Metairie
6182s	not good oh my goodness
6185s	wow xqn I'm very lucky there that
6188s	Matsuri hadn't died the previous turn
6190s	indeed he was super dead yeah and again
6194s	we see the same thing from uh Brew Khan
6196s	right where uh
6198s	uh it was East Leaf in the last game who
6201s	played through Khan who had a very good
6202s	high Tempo early game wasn't taking much
6205s	damage
6206s	and then just dropped off the earth oh
6209s	wow okay so here for xqn he needs to
6211s	play
6212s	demons or Ellie's I think yeah eight of
6214s	them and he gets uh evil twin as the
6217s	reward which is a really nice high tempo
6221s	quest to get activated works really
6223s	nicely with Elementals as there's a lot
6225s	of synergy there with all the buffing of
6227s	those ones in the shop
6230s	yeah so the scalings are for xqn right
6234s	it's just uh the the health isn't quite
6238s	there yet but it's starting to get
6241s	much much stronger yeah this is okay if
6243s	he plays
6245s	yeah the party Elemental then the rock
6248s	gets bigger by one Health so now that's
6251s	the one that will be copied he just
6253s	needs to I guess sell the rat and accept
6255s	that you're scaling a little bit less
6256s	now yeah it looks like he's been using
6259s	the rat for quite a long time uh to get
6261s	these light spawns uh Juiced because
6264s	Elementals aren't really big without a
6265s	Nomi unless you like this for a while

7272s	huge turnaround for him the clear
7274s	favorite though so far is just
7275s	undeniably uh xqm so far he got it first

7282s	looking in great position to put the
7284s	lobby in check after like four games I
7287s	want to say Well it feels very realistic

7382s	ball plus the Divine Shields that not
7384s	managing to make it quite work so we get
7385s	so close wide range of strats so close I
7388s	I thought Matsuri could do it but it
7390s	turns out in that instance it was a

8494s	um but mirrorship with bins is also

8500s	really replacing certain demons later
8502s	you're just trying to scale their stats
8505s	so if you can roll into a Divine
8507s	shielded minion
8509s	uh our demon and then you can use that
8512s	as just like a way to scale later on
8514s	with uh fell bat right so there's some
8519s	Synergy there
8520s	oh sure as we see now East Leaf another
8524s	God sleep mask player feels like we're
8525s	seeing a lot of them now and a
8528s	reasonable board to go alongside that in
8531s	terms of its effect but
8533s	and this is actually
8535s	not looking that strong now for this
8537s	point I feel there's a few players is
8539s	going to lose to on this one with the
8540s	the number of divine Shields knocking
8542s	around
8546s	close that's a good hit

9953s	stats on a few small minions rather than
9955s	going wider yeah which is worse against
9958s	like a Leroy yeah the Leroy did have
9961s	taunt and so that I think is what the
9963s	prospect night's for to try and snipe it

9969s	but that's the case tears off one Divine
9971s	show from the attribute that's huge good

13799s	up the stats but I agree yeah it's not

13818s	you could maybe make an argument for

13826s	fill the board and get some a little bit
13829s	of extra gold

13843s	fight-winning board right for turn six

13976s	he's gonna get anima bribe activated and
13979s	he's going to want to have a good Target

13983s	doubling down on what his strategy on
13986s	what his hero power does best right now
13988s	which is getting a triple getting hogger

17857s	tried but it means that for very likely
17860s	this final game now of the tournament it
17863s	is just so much on the line so exciting
17865s	for all of our players especially East
17868s	leaf and Matsuri who have clawed their
