If you look at the villains released in RoS compared with their original counterparts, you'll notice that Rafaam is still a 7/8 just like he was in LoE, Boom is still a 7/7 just like in GvG (and Boomsday, sort of), and Togwaggle is still a 5/5 just like when he released in K&C. Hagatha and Lazul are unique cases since Lazul wasn't in the game at all before RoS, and Hagatha was initially released as a hero card (though notably, her minion form's attack and health are both 5, which matches the armor granted by her hero card).

So with that in mind, I think we'll see something similar with the Saviors of Uldum, formerly known as the League of Explorers. Finley will be a 1/3, Reno will be a 4/6, Elise will be a 3/5 (possibly a 5/5 from her Ungoro version, but I think we're going with LoE stats), and Brann will be a 2/4.

That's assuming their new versions are still minions, of course. If they are hero cards, then it seems likely that at the very least they'll give the same amount of armor as they had health in their original forms.

Matching stats like that is a nice to have so that people see the link. It is one of those design things that feels good.

However those numbers are really good for balancing cards and determining what else you can combo them with. There are a ton of factors that go into deciding the numbers on a card. The aesthetic of matching numbers vs balance vs tempo vs combo potential.
