[2019] Bad performance on mobile

So i took a short break from HS and wanted to start playing again with the new expansion and gamemode coming.

But it seems like the games performance really took a dip during the time i stopped playing. I've been playing on a OnePlus 7 Pro at 90Hz with targetframerate set to 90 in the settings and vsync=0. The game used to be able to run at a solid 90fps all the time.

But now the framerate is all over the place. When i start the game its all real smooth, running at 90fps, but during gameplay or browsing my collection it becomes real stuttery and irresponsive. It used to be so smooth around SoU launch.

I've already tried clearing cache and reinstalling but nothing seems to fix it. The new version which came out a few moments ago also doesn't change anything for me.

So has anyone else encountered worse performance with the latest version and if so, is there any way to fix it?
