@Marbozir I dont see how you can jump to those conclusions? Why would he need to lead an xcom 3 team? presumably he trained someone else while making xcom/xcom2? that seems to be how firaxis has done Civ and how we at paradox do most franchises.
@Marbozir Maybe, but sometimes in interviews you just say something without being able to maximize the clarity, and it can easily just mean that his team is sitting far away and heavily focused etc. But we will see. xcom is a strong brand I think and sold well (?) so you expect sequels
