but seriously, what everyone else has said

1 make sure you have the convoy tech
2 make sure you have landing craft tech
3 make sure you dont have any other units assigned to amphib operations
-things changed with the latest DLC and what you use to be able to do with invasions is different
4 make sure the units aren't assigned to something else.

I have noticed that it says Max Supplied Div 0? is it possible with all of the mods and fixes that have been rolled out that basic game that I purchased was broken?
