@AsaTJ For example: Hitler is very successfull in rallying for war but as it progresses more and more of his madness come through. Build me super heavy tanks! You cant retreat from Stalingrad! Take the city before X or you are all fired!
@AsaTJ So as a player who wants to win ww2 as germany your job becomes to somehow get rid of him or deal with his messing around. This could be done in hoi4 somewhat but i feel like it would be better in a sequel or something where you can double down on it
@AsaTJ Not sure if its everyones cup of tea but it sounds interesting to me. I am still focusing on military matters here. If you want to highlight and make gameplay around atrosities I dont think that could ever be a hoi game and its going to be tough to make it fun
@ihr_reiseplan @AsaTJ yes! I was gonna mention that and forgot due to twitters dystopian message lengths. Anyone who is interested in playing in a chain of command should try that
@AGameOfJoes I think its pretty cool, but they serve a bit different purposes. The ones in HOI are a lot more about storytelling than direct goals to aim for
@isak79686106 you are not wrong :) Total warfare fits in the european theater, but for other areas and mods it is kinda ill fitting. The conference system also doesnt really serve haggling over stuff and is confusing to most players
