@KaanBabaBurda It hasnt changed that much since pdxcon when I showed it off. I plan to do an update on that after MTG. That way we can see how it changes :) Turkey is at the top of non-majors atm though!
Things one of the new guys found out today at paradox. "Going for fancy pasta" is highly ironic and dates back 10 years ago when there was a huge difference between two lunch restaurants nearby :D its funny what seems to stick in PDS culture
@bai81387 @HOI_Game i actually think we already have the option of flooding conscripts. If you go mass assault you can spam underequipped divisions fairly well as long as you are ok with burning manpower

@Pdx_Da9L @spot_mod checking code both ANTI_AIR_PLANE_DAMAGE_FACTOR and ANTI_AIR_PLANE_DAMAGE_CHANCE are used in the strat bombing part of AA. not the part where CAS fight divisions. dunno if that was somethign we fixed at some point and it was broken in some way in 1.5?
@AAliments For features that should have been in the base game, I am totally with you. This is why all $$$ for MTG funds a time machine so now that we have made those features we can go back in time and add them. Probably leading to these tweets disappearing in a huff of time paradox...
We have shown most stuff now so no teaser today, but tomorrow we are going to do another AAR/play report focusing on the custom AI scenario feature we are adding as part of gameplay settings. we tried it once at the same time as a russian LAN and it worked out badly. Some say there should have been more employeed helping out, and some say a guy called Moltke bungled it up. @gugahgcs we'll show them next wednesday, they still need some proofreading and cleaning up. Its a big job to go from like 6000+ lines of "whatever I was thinking that day" to 400-500 lines of something remotely readable for @AsaTJ to write jokes around ;P
@feedbackgaming @HOI_Game @Pdx_Da9L made a ticket for the invasion order hotkey the other day actually, so its at least in the pipe (although I think we ended up deciding it didnt need one if you could multi click several destinations instead now that we no longer limit to one invasion per start port)
@feedbackgaming @HOI_Game maybe the penalties are not worth stopping over? altho mud is pretty nasty. I am not sure. I feel mud is pretty visible on the regular map, but maybe for most people its not hmm
Hi guys, the dev diary is running a little late today so it will probably get posted after the stream thats starting in 10 minutes. It will include the WIP patchlog we got so far as well as some telemetry goodies on what people are playing :)
@DalenDirk @Indyclone77 @HOI_Game HOI4 is basically designed to teach you by beating you. It works because its a shorter game than some of our other ones. So you get futher and further and realize what you need to improve
@rodvik i think telemetry is absolutely invaluable. I talk a lot with fans and read forums for my game etc, and there have been many times where data shows me the complete opposite of what they tell me. If you have very specific questions then asking can work for answering ”why” though
