@fabsanke if I can do 10h days I am cool with it, otherwise the work loss would be big I think. It also would put a lot of extra pressure on effectivization of work because need for things like communication (read: meetings. read: actually needed meetings) would be unlikely to go down.
@fabsanke of course ppl dont make optimal use of the 40h, but the question is if ppl would make better use of 32. I think if you test this in a shorter span of time ppl probably just scale away the social aspects of work which will hurt long term, or you just fall back into similar pattern
