Hey [GS] Hectortavera,

Thanks for getting in touch with us - sorry to hear you're receiving the Lost Connection to Host error message in Hell Let Loose.

We've moved your post into the Report a Problem channel so we can troubleshoot this further with you.

Firstly, please make sure that the game is not being blocked by your antivirus software.

If it's not your antivirus, then please check if have any of the following software installed on your PC:
  • GameFirst VI
  • Aura Sync
  • Nahimic
  • Armoury Crate
  • MSI Afterburner
If you do, please press Ctrl+Alt+Del to open Task Manager, find the software on the list, right-click on each and select End Task. Alternatively, you can uninstall this software in your Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features if the issue persists, then reboot your PC and open the game to check if the problem has been resolved.

Can you please also try to disable IPv6 in your network settings:

To do this on Windows 10:
  1. Open Settings
  2. Click on Network & internet
  3. Click on "Change adapter options"
  4. Right-click on the network connection you are using and select Properties
  5. In the list, find Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and uncheck the box next to it - if this box was already unchecked, please manually recheck it > OK > then manually uncheck it again.
  6. Click OK to apply the changes
To do this on Windows 11:
  1. Open Settings
  2. Click on Network & internet
  3. Click the Advanced Network Settings option
  4. Under the Related settings section, click the "More network adapter options" setting
  5. Right-click the network adapter and choose the Properties option
  6. Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) option - if this box was already unchecked, please manually recheck it > OK > then manually uncheck it again.
  7. Click the OK button
  8. Once you complete the steps, the IPv6 protocol will no longer be available on the system. Although it's not a requirement, restarting the computer to ensure the changes apply correctly is a good idea.
If your IPv6 was already disabled, can you please try the opposite and enable it? To do this, please follow the steps above for your specific Windows OS but check the box next to "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" instead this time.

Please do get back to us after trying these steps and if the issue persists we can investigate further.

Regards,
