We're sorry to see that you're having some issues with the South American servers at present.
Unfortunately, we're receiving similar reports from other players who are also experiencing the same issue - we appreciate the frustration this is causing at present.
The team are aware of this occurring and are working hard to address this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, can you please confirm if you have crossplay enabled or disabled?
