Can everyone please follow the steps in the article below:

If you are still experiencing the same performance issues after performing the steps in the article provided above and opening your NAT, can you please try turning off Crossplay to see if this helps at all?

If this does not help, please can you share with us the following information:

• What country are you currently living in?
  
• Steam Download Region (Steam Settings, Downloads)
  
• What is your internet speed? You can find this here: https://www.speedtest.net/
  
• Are you using a VPN?
  
• What is your NAT set to?
  
• Is this happening on Community and Official servers?
