[2022] Why does Carentan run so bad ?

one of the few maps im having serious fps drops at some parts of the map...anyone know why ?

have lowered the settings but the issue persists...

other map that comes to mind that has sometimes like a half a second - second freeze is Stalingrad.

any easy fixes or there is nothing to be done at this time ?
