Hey Jackson,
Sorry to see you're having some issues with your resolution in Hell Let Loose.
Can you please open the game in Windowed mode - in the game settings, under Video, you should then see a drop-down menu appear named Fullscreen Resolution with the available resolution options - if you then choose this to match the correct resolution of your monitor and select Apply Settings at the bottom of the window, then set the game back to full screen, do these settings take effect?
If the issue persists following this, would you be able to provide a video of this occurring at all so we can take a closer look?
You can either upload it here on Steam and provide us with the link, upload it to YouTube as an unlisted video and provide us with a link or alternatively, you can email it to us over here[team17.helpshift.com] and attaching it to the contact form :)
If you do email, please be sure to reference this Steam thread in your email so we can link the two together!
