Hey Poison,

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with audio.

Is the default audio device on Windows set correctly to the devices that you are wanting to use?
To make sure, right-click the audio icon in the bottom right corner - click open sound settings - make sure that the Input & Output devices are set to the correct devices that you are wanting to use.
