Hi Damage,
We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with VoIP, we've moved your thread to report a problem to offer further support.
By all sliders are you referring to the in-game sliders or Windows audio sliders?
Is it only some player's the issue occurs with? If so it may be that those specific player's just have their mic low for example.
Can you please also try the steps in our help article[team17.helpshift.com] to see if any of them help resolve the issue?
