Hey everyone!

We’ve moved this discussion to the Report a Problem forum so we can provide you with the best support possible.

Thanks for reaching out about the VoIP issues. We’re really sorry to hear you're having trouble!

Thank you, Hylie Pistof, for sharing your thoughts on this.

Cinereous Monk, could you please try updating your audio drivers? Here’s how you can do it:
  1. Open your Windows Device Manager by clicking on the Windows Task Bar.
  2. Type "Device Manager" in the search field and hit Enter.
  3. Expand the "Sound, Video and Game Controllers" section.
  4. Right-click on all devices and select "Update driver."
Also, it might help to delete this folder: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\HLL. This will allow the program to recreate the necessary files, which might resolve your VoIP issues.

Just a heads up: after you delete that folder, you’ll need to redo your settings and key bindings.

Could you also take a moment to check your Time and Date settings in Windows? Make sure it’s synchronized with the internet. Just select the option that says "Set Time Automatically." Then, under the “Synchronize your clock” option, click the "Sync Now" button. If that doesn’t do the trick, feel free to sync it manually if the time looks off.

Once you've updated your clock and date, please give the game another try to see if that resolves the issue. We really hope this helps!

Regards,
