Basically means it is there unless you find bugs where they are not there ;).

Its there now. Try to shoot through fences and what not...
Bullets weren't penetrating the thin wooden trellises that support the grapevines (on whatever map has those) the other day when I tried. Hitboxes on those seem outsized too
