[2019] Diablo Hellfire Level 13 Talent Not Working Correctly

Thanks for the report! I believe that this talent is referring to max stacks on the talent ‘Hellfire’ itself rather than on Black Soulstone. While you are at 15 spell power stacks, the aura appears.
