Event Contracts Compensation

Hunters, 

We wanted to follow up on our communication last week regarding our event extension, but this time focused on the compensation side of things. 

As we mentioned in our previous post, the downtime and other issues have impacted the experience for a lot of you. We understand the frustration these issues have caused, and we know that we need to do better going forward. 

In terms of compensation, we will be doing two things: 

  • We will be issuing 200 Bloodbonds + 2-hour Chary contract (As we are unable to add contracts to Console players with our current tools, we issued a total of 300 BBs to the users instead.) as a general compensation to everyone that purchased any of the available contracts (Once applied the contract will activate upon your next login. Please note this will be applied soon but may take some time to process so please be patient).

Additionally, for those that purchased either multiple boosts or a 1 day, 3 days, 7 days duration contract we have more details below:

  • For those of you that purchased multiple, or any boosts with a longer duration than ‘Chary’s Implied Contract’ (2 hours), and this contract was interrupted due to the downtime or outages, please reach out to our customer support team at www.huntshowdown.com. Our team will verify the purchases and lost time and provide additional compensation based on the time lost while these boosts were active. 

We would like to process this compensation automatically, but due to some limitations with our existing tools this is currently not possible. However, we will be working to improve these tools in the future to allow this to be a more seamless process if it is required again. 

We once again would like to thank you all for your support during this event, we know it has not been easy, but we appreciate you sticking with us, and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused by the downtime and outages that were encountered during the Traitor’s Moon event.

When you go to the website, a red icon can be found on the bottom right corner! :)
