Hi everyone, and welcome to our General discussions forum.

In this section we welcome any and all questions and feedback that you may have about the game. The team (Community mangers and Moderators) will be more than happy to answer questions and address concerns that you may have while ensuring this is a welcoming and inviting place for discussions to occur.

Before you continue, there are a few things we would like you to keep in mind when posting/creating new threads:

• Avoid creating duplicate threads - If you have something to discuss, check to see if something was already created on the topic and add to that before creating a new one. With this in mind, we would also ask to avoid bringing back significantly old threads that may not be relevant to the current state of things.
  
  
• Follow the Steam discussions rules and guidelines - While this should go without saying, we are just giving a friendly reminder. The aim of these forums is to have a productive space for discussions to occur, and following the rules is the best way to ensure this happens. Here are some of the main points:
  
  
  • Keep it civil - there is no need to attack people for their opinions, direct attacks and hostility towards others will result in warnings. Continuing in this same manner after receiving a warning will result in a temporary or permanent ban from posting on this Hub.
    
    
  • Harassment: Any behaviour that is classed as harassment will be met with zero tolerance. This includes posting anything that falls under the following: Offensive, hateful, threatening, racist, xenophobic, anti-LGBT+, sexist, and otherwise disgraceful and/or abusive comments, false and unsubstantiated allegations, personal attacks.
    
    
  • No 'Name and shame' - We understand that you may want to ensure that a cheater is noticed by us, but naming on the forums will not help. We have multiple ways to report, either through the in-game reports tool or directly to our support team by visiting https://huntshowdown.com/ and clicking on the chat box in the bottom right of the page. Once logged in with your crytek account, you will be able to send a report to our customer support team. Please note, that if you wish to supply video evidence, you can do so by sending a reply to the ticket you have created. This means you can submit multiple videos/images within a single ticket.
    
    
  • Posting videos and links to cheats/cheat sites: While you might feel this is helpful to bring awareness to it, the only thing you are doing is giving free advertising to these cheat creators. It is important that we know about them, but like with name and shame, the forums is NOT the right place for this. Any videos or links should be sent to the kayako link above.
