539s today we are going to be talking about
541s tired of Shadows and we have a lot of
543s ground to cover so let's just dive into
545s it with the guys and let's see what we
548s have in store but first let's start with
550s some news around the event
552s so uh what is it gonna happen then is
555s what are we looking at right now so we
557s are about to get the new event running
559s and Tide of Shadows it's coming together
562s with update 113 so it includes all the
564s cool stuff that you've already seen on
566s test server on the last step stream like
567s shooting range for example balancing
569s changes and so much more and it will be
573s coming
574s tomorrow
575s on PC
576s and yeah and that means it will happen
579s on the 28th uh so tomorrow and we'll end
582s on August 23 so around two months of
586s time
587s yes and we had hoped to have the update
589s an event released on the same date and
591s time
592s however due to unforeseen issues we will
594s unfortunately have to postpone the
596s console update by a few days
598s we appreciate your understanding and
600s thanks for a little more patience and
602s we'll follow up with you of course for
604s any potential compensation and next days
606s that being said we will release PC on
609s the plan date
611s exactly uh and let's talk about the
614s event a bit then it's like you know we
616s had a Trilogy of events and what's gonna
618s happen now with the tie this year is
620s what what do we have to know
622s so the it's basically the first in in an
625s event Trilogy so similar what we have
627s with the moon series we now have the
629s first entry into the tide series and
632s what we basically have is like a new
634s story to be told in about you and it
636s revolves primarily around Roger like a
638s new threat lurks in the water
641s the thundershower Reigns and it's about
643s the wreckage of the Delphine which is um
646s washing up along the shores of the Bayou
649s so the dolphin is a steamboat that's
651s sung years ago in a hurricane and
653s mysterious folks are said to pile it up
656s into Alters somebody if the Driftwood
658s has been sent by the sculptor so it's
661s going to be very interesting to uncover
662s what this is all about and we talk more
664s about it also during the Stream all
666s right uh and just to mention as with
667s every event there will be a bunch of
669s floor that you can find in game and also
671s unlocked during the event so you can
673s like unlock this mysterious story and
676s find out what's really happened uh and
678s just a small note that there's a brand
680s new tide of Shadows merch out right now
682s I actually have it on so you guys can
684s see it's really cool uh it should be
686s available on Amazon and we also have
688s actually a rojo merch which dropped like
690s a month uh ago so check that out as well

715s time to actually talk about the event
717s and the parents it will be your time to
720s shine as we go through uh the event
723s progression in tiles of shadow
725s all right let's go
727s so as with every live event that's you
729s you might have experienced in the past
731s you will have to gain event points
735s during the event to unlock rewards
737s now you will be able to do it with
739s completing various activities
742s such as exploration and we have a new
746s World object called the ship Alters that
748s is tied to the lore of this event so you
751s will have to interact with them or
752s destroy them more more details about
754s this later on in the presentation
756s there will be a core gameplay and PVP
759s activities I think players who already
761s experienced Devil's moon or serpent moon
763s are really familiar with this
765s furthermore we have
767s the weekly challenges so if you go back
771s as far as the serpent moves you already
773s know that this has been implemented
774s during the devil's moon with update 1.11
778s and we can change to the weekly
780s challenges I think
781s actually we have a small video of the
783s ship authors let's check those first
785s okay let's check out the supporters yeah
788s so this is what happens when you destroy
790s them
793s they explode similar like we have we had
795s it in Devil's Moon I believe really cool
800s and of of course the main interaction
802s with them is actually uh ending up
805s looting them and getting more event
807s points so this is what you will see in
809s the game when that happens
811s just once more just we can see the
814s amazing props
820s yeah and uh we also have a cool image of
823s it so this is how it looks uh awesome

827s you can find out what these really mean
830s uh and yeah friends you were saying
832s something about event points so uh let's
834s let's take a look at them closer yeah so
837s as you can see this table uh completely
840s revolving around you know various
842s activities where you can gain event
845s points now the first couple of rows are
847s basically activities that you can do in
849s missions and in quick play
851s some of them not all of them for example
853s you cannot extract the Bounty from quick
855s play but you can do the other way around
858s and then there is the challenges
861s milestones
862s and this is the main takeaway that we
864s already had with update 1.11
867s we already had the and I think you can
869s go forward one slide answer
873s so during the event this is what we had
876s in the past and we want to take on that
878s same approach during the events
880s basically weekly challenges will reward
882s even points and plot points uniquely so
885s this is going to be a main source for
887s for them
888s in addition to the weekly challenges
890s with update 1.13 we have increased the
893s plot Point reward amounts that you can
895s get from the weekly challenges every
897s week
898s furthermore so if you're not familiar
901s with the weekly challenges so what is it
903s you basically complete these challenges
905s the small objectives whether they are
907s PVP or PVE
909s and then you earn stars and by
911s accumulating Enough stars you reach
913s milestones and by reaching those
914s Milestones you basically earn the
916s rewards behind those Milestones yeah
918s just a small note if you play Devil's
920s Moon you are quite familiar on how this
922s works and let's take a look at the UI
925s what they can actually see yeah
927s so this is how it looks in the UI I'm
929s fairly confident that people were more
932s focusing on the quest lines in the last
934s two or three months so this is just a
937s recap of this is the the challenges
939s overview basically as you can see the
941s rewards have been replaced by the very
944s particular event Point icon on multiple
947s milestones
949s yes you will be able to at every stage
953s at every Milestone you will be able to
955s accrue either 500 or a thousand even
957s points so we can look at those numbers I
959s think on the next slide
961s and just the key key takeaway here is
966s that we looked into the data and the
968s community feedback with Devil's Moon we
971s saw that weekly challenges were rocking
974s in terms of even point source
977s and we wanted to give it even more
980s legitimacy by increasing the event
982s points basically that you can earn
984s weekly here
985s so that's one takeaway the second
988s takeaway is
989s if you're already familiar with Devil's
991s moon for tight of Shadows we have
994s decided to basically do some reshuffling
996s around how these event points are
999s distributed
1000s uh in the past we had like a declining
1003s Trend towards the 10th Milestone with
1006s the 30 Stars
1007s and this time we decided to be a little
1010s bit more generous even during the middle
1013s and towards the late progression
1017s um there is one note to take here as
1020s well
1021s the second milestone for six stars is
1024s basically for people who have purchased
1026s the battle pass or the battle pass
1028s bundle
1030s so by reaching six stars you will
1033s eventually
1034s gain 2011 points and unlock two levels
1038s uh quickly every week
1040s and another key takeaway I would say is
1043s not only did we increase the event
1045s points given out or rewarded by the
1047s weekly challenges
1048s we also with update 1.12 as especially
1052s during the quest lines everyone got
1053s familiar with this the new Improvement
1056s which is that whatever you do whatever
1059s challenge you do
1060s or you have your teammates can basically
1063s contribute to their progression
1065s if what they do meets the criteria of
1068s what you have so basically there's this
1070s reciprocity that you can do with your
1072s teammates during the tide of shadows as
1074s well
1075s that's awesome and I think people really
1077s liked it the change and are there any
1079s additional rewards to event points that
1081s you can earn by completing this
1084s oh yeah so we have also decided to go
1088s with dark tribute
1090s you can go on the next slide please
1093s so that's that's a weekly source that's
1096s a weekly source that uh the event points
1099s the seven thousand event points in total
1101s per week that you can get there is on a
1104s weekly basis but with the dark tribute
1106s you can basically get 150 event points
1109s every day if you reach the first
1111s milestone
1112s so that is again that is every day 150
1116s event points and another key takeaway
1118s here is that not only we gave it another
1121s uh reward like a secondary reward you
1125s will still get the original rewards
1126s right so like equipment instances on
1129s dollars or even blood pumps
1131s but we have also lowered the XP
1134s thresholds
1135s so I think the first first dark tribute
1139s uh contribution was for 2500 that got
1143s reduced by 500 XP second one by a
1146s thousand XP a third one by 1500 and the
1149s last one by 2000 XP so it's going to be
1152s easier for people to reach the first
1153s Milestone and easier for more engaged
1156s people to basically reach the end every
1158s day
1159s awesome thank you for explaining and one
1162s more thing since you also mentioned you
1163s can get small blood points in the dark
1165s tribute as always but what happened to
1167s the challenges uh because uh there were
1169s some blood bones involved there actually
1171s did it change anything regarding done
1173s oh yeah so uh as I have already
1175s mentioned in what during one of the
1177s previous slides the bloodborne rewards
1180s uh were basically buffed so they have
1182s been doubled compared to what you have
1184s on live
1186s and they are not tied to owning the
1189s paddle paths or not they are for free
1191s they are for everyone
1193s so you can get uh the re the rewards
1196s regardless if you're on the pedal person
1197s or not
1198s so I do the challenges yeah do those
1201s challenges you can get a lot of event
1202s points and even blood points so that's
1204s great uh so there's another thing
1206s returning that we had previously which
1208s are pre-pledged Hunters so how do those
1210s work to those that don't know yet
1212s yes so pre-pressed Hunters are basically
1215s Hunters that are pledged or connected
1217s tied specifically to a certain pact more
1220s about the packs later on then this is
1222s going to give you all the rundown about
1223s them
1225s um there are three packs but I leave it
1227s up to Dennis
1229s um even though they have this connection
1232s uh pre-established each and one of them
1235s are going to give you plus 10 percent on
1237s even Point surrounding missions so
1239s please Point note that this is just even
1241s points earned in missions this is not
1243s the challenges or not another source
1245s like the dark treatment
1246s right and actually like it here will be
1249s a small little tease for the upcoming
1251s hunters and packs so let's take a look
1252s at the pre-pledged hunters already so
1255s all right so first we have we have the
1257s Primal pact uh we talk more about this
1259s as friends were saying uh when we got to
1261s the gameplay section
1262s um but Prado pact is is the first one we
1265s see and you already can see
1267s um like a couple of familiar faces but
1269s there's also a new face there
1271s exactly and there was a second one then
1274s yeah the second one is the sparkler Pact
1277s so those are really interesting uh
1279s really really uh looking forward to
1280s talking about them in the detail in a
1282s minute or so and they also have a new
1285s face there and a couple of familiar ones
1286s so as mentioned by by Faron sir like
1289s those pledged Hunters they will give you
1293s those event bonus points it's a similar
1295s mechanically what we had like in
1296s previous events uh just gives you a
1298s chance to have something which is
1299s thematically connected to the pact
1300s obviously deck end had to be part of
1303s this Magnus right right now yes
1307s and uh yeah we have a familiar practice
1310s returning but yeah yeah the grounded
1313s pack is coming back uh obviously more
1317s like like the the other side that's the
1319s the ones that are not committed to
1321s either of the sites and as you can see
1324s they even have two new faces
1327s um appearing amongst their ranks so
1330s can talk about those in a bit yeah I
1332s can't wait to talk about how the packs
1334s work and uh what what's special about
1336s them this time but for now we're just
1337s looking at the pre-pledge hunters so uh
1340s friends uh uh how what do we see on the
1342s UI when we want to use these centers
1344s yeah so this is basically how you see
1347s the hunters in the recruitment tab
1349s and you can see that those specific
1353s pre-pleased answers are accompanied by
1355s two icons respectively on the top left
1357s corner we have the icon
1360s displaying that they give the plus 10
1363s even points and just below them a little
1366s bit above their name to the left you
1369s have these very specific uh whitish
1372s light icons
1374s which depicts which pact they are
1376s pre-pledged to
1378s so you can go through this roster and
1380s you can see who is privileged to what
1382s and of course we have a so as you can
1385s see we have four pre-pleased Hunters
1387s perfect but we also have a I would say a
1390s wild card hunter that is
1393s um not pre-pledged more so neutral uh
1397s DLC Hunter coming out in July the more
1400s Hound
1401s so this Hunter is not going to be
1402s pre-pledged you can pledge to whichever
1404s pact you would like with him
1406s but this Hunter will still give the plus
1408s 10 percent even points earned
1410s exactly so you have 13 hunters in total
1413s that you can get the event bonus points
1416s with
1417s so expect to see those around about you
1419s a little bit more frequently in the next
1421s next two months yeah yeah I can't play
1424s it and it's very thematically fitting
1425s when we talk about the facts too so uh
1428s and there's a small thing that we wanted
1430s to mention that we want to make this
1431s event a bit more exciting so we will
1434s have more ways to earn event points
1436s during the event we cannot just reveal
1438s them yet but uh they will come
1441s periodically and there will be some
1443s exciting things so please keep an eye
1445s out on our socials as well regarding
1446s this and we cannot wait to share more
1449s about those as well
1451s uh uh but okay let's talk about uh how
1455s the event works and how do you get
1457s rewarded by playing the event yeah I
1459s think we have talked a lot about how you
1461s earn the event points but let's talk
1462s about why you have to earn the event
1464s points right so the event like
1466s previously with all our events it
1467s consists of two different tracks first
1470s we have the free reward track so these
1472s are the free rewards and obviously you
1475s can unlock premium rewards via the
1477s reward premium reward Track by
1480s purchasing either the battle pass or the
1481s battle pass bundle
1483s and now Ben so let's take a look at the
1485s three rewards
1486s you can see it looks pretty awesome we
1490s have lots of new equipment or equipment
1492s variants that are coming to the Bayou
1494s we have not only weapons we have
1496s consumables
1498s but the main takeaway that I would like
1500s to point out with the free reward track
1502s is that you're not only unlocking new
1504s custom ammo uh new weapon variants new
1508s consumables
1509s but there's also legendary rewards for
1511s you as well even if you haven't
1513s purchased anything so for example the
1516s car legendary Hunter coming to the free
1518s rewards track
1520s uh I think we have a legendary knife
1522s there at in the bottom and there's going
1524s to be a weapon chart as well and some
1526s blood ones in addition to that yeah
1529s awesome uh so let's talk about uh the
1532s differences between the premium
1534s progression the battle pass and the
1535s bundle you mentioned but just the first
1538s point there uh before we get into the
1540s the contents of both battle pass and the
1542s other variants
1544s it's interesting to note out that we
1546s have
1547s um if you're familiar with the previous
1548s prices we have decided to lower the
1550s prices both for the battle pass and the
1552s battle pass bundle
1554s and with that set out without further
1558s Ado so let's look into it battle pass as
1562s I said previously will grant you access
1564s to the premium Rewards and in addition
1567s to that it will grant you access to the
1570s extra event points that you can earn
1572s through the challenges the weekly
1574s challenges
1575s and the battle pass bundle or the the
1577s bigger sibling of that I would say
1579s already includes what the battle pass
1581s has but in addition to that it will
1584s grant you 10 event levels uh right away
1587s so you boost your progression straight
1590s from the start and it unlocks you
1592s Cardinal Reign a new legendary hunter
1595s that can be bought separately in the
1597s event store but here you can buy it with
1600s uh buy her with a discount basically
1603s yeah sounds great and I see a lot of
1606s people asking because of the previous
1607s slides about all the things they saw
1609s don't worry we will talk about all the
1611s weapons all the custom ammo you may have
1613s seen or the little bug maybe so don't
1615s worry about that we'll get back to that
1617s that's also important it's also
1620s important to to like emphasize on this
1622s again like so everything which is
1623s gameplay related is on the free tracker
1626s so if you're looking forward to any of
1627s the new weapons
1629s gonna try them out you want to unlock
1630s them and play with them like that's all
1632s bars are free
1633s oh yeah thank you Dennis for pointing
1635s that out yeah that's correct yeah uh
1638s sounds good so let's take a look at the
1640s premium rewards of the battle pass
1642s rewards as well so what what do we see
1644s right all right so so it's uh I would
1647s say it's a little bit more condensed you
1649s have many many more legendary skins here
1651s for weapons for consumables uh new ones
1655s actually you have a variety of weapon
1658s charms you have uh more blood Pawns in
1661s the premium progression
1662s and you get the second hunter that can
1666s be uh that can be acquired as a reward
1669s from the even progression the wave or
1671s Thompson more details about him a little
1674s bit later on the line
1675s yeah uh yeah so now we talked about the
1678s Battle passes uh let's talk about how
1680s people can actually get them and the
1682s event store itself
1684s so yeah basically you can purchase the
1686s battle pass or the battle pass bundle I
1688s think we even showed like an in-game
1690s footage about this couple of slides
1692s before but through the event progression
1695s track
1695s or you can go to the event store as you
1698s can see it here and you can purchase the
1699s battle pass with the battle pass bundle
1702s um important to point out you can only
1704s purchase either of them
1707s okay so you cannot upgrade from Battle
1710s pass to battle pass bundle or you cannot
1713s downgrade right so you you have to make
1715s your decision uh before before doing
1718s either I would say
1719s as you can see we also sell event levels
1722s now in the past we have sold event
1725s points I think it's easier to to grasp
1729s you know that we are not selling
1731s a thousand event points but we are
1733s selling an event level or we are selling
1735s 10 event levels and now the interesting
1737s part here is that while you can buy them
1740s individually or in bundles of 10 here in
1742s the even store uh we have made

1770s a new way to unlock uh the levels to the
1775s progressions it makes it easy and it
1776s calculates for you exactly how much you
1778s have to spend on that uh so what else is
1781s in the store though uh because we've
1783s seen those Hunters yeah have a quick
1785s look I think we might have lost the
1788s audio from ference against the video
1791s earlier ah here okay is there audio now

1803s um recapping yes yes sorry what I was

1808s uh we basically saw that you can select
1811s whatever level that you haven't unlocked
1813s yet
1814s by doing so it will calculate the price
1817s of purchasing up until to that level if
1820s you wish to
1821s and then you can easily go click on
1824s purchase levels and then check out and
1826s you will get all the rewards
1829s awesome thank you uh if chat if you
1832s still have questions about this we'll
1833s also have a q a section at the end so we
1835s can also recap it there for you but
1837s let's look at the other things people
1839s can find in the store in the meantime
1841s so we have a very cool new legendary uh
1844s consumable which is wax Dynamite stick
1847s to the damage River
1849s goes well with the with the theme of the
1851s events and you can see the two other
1853s legendary Hunters as well so as
1856s previously as uh as as I previously
1858s mentioned you can purchase the card in
1860s the rain for example individually or as
1863s part of the battle pass bundle
1865s and then there's the function so these
1868s two go very well together and they are
1870s part of the ground aspect right so I
1873s expect uh lots of them running around in
1876s the bayou during the events yeah
1878s awesome and I believe that's it for the
1880s store part uh so there is a new mechanic
1883s in the battle pass so it's called
1885s overspray rewards so what is that
1887s fairness
1888s yes so essentially and if I haven't
1891s mentioned it earlier the event
1893s progression consists originally and
1895s officially of 50 levels each level is
1898s 1000 event points but if you get to the
1902s end of the event progression
1904s there is a bonus level which is the over
1906s spill reward we call it like level 51
1910s it's basically like a small bonus level
1913s and this bonus level uh is uh requiring
1918s 15 000 event points so this one is a big
1922s extra on top of everything
1924s and by accruing that 15 000 event points
1927s you get a very cool new unique weapon
1929s charm tied to these events
1931s and let's take a look at that weapon
1933s charm that's thicker so it's basically
1935s the use horn weapon charm and
1939s I think it will go very very nicely with
1941s you know more naturalistic uh themed
1944s legendary weapon skins and just to
1947s mention uh do you need the battle pass
1949s during this or can everyone get it
1951s no fair point Fair points
1953s um we already shared the battle Passover
1957s View for the free rewards you don't need
1959s to own the battle pass or having
1962s purchased the battle pass bundle so this
1964s is a free reward if you grind your way
1966s up to
1968s well in total it would be 65 000 event
1971s points then you get the use horn as a
1973s reward
1974s that's great thank you friends for
1976s explaining uh so this is how it's
1979s visible on the UI maybe you can just
1980s tell us what we see here as well
1982s yeah so you can see here the very last
1985s level is basically of the event
1986s progression the use horn basically being
1990s the bonus level
1992s yeah the premium rewards are basically
1996s marked if you if you guys are not
1998s familiar with this but the
2001s horizontal Carousel you can see that
2004s there's like small locks or crosses on
2007s certain rewards and that's basically a
2010s visual distinction distinction that they
2012s are premium rewards even if you unlock
2015s those levels you would need to own the
2017s battle pass or the battle pass bundle to
2019s unlock them before the event ends right
2022s yeah it's basically the little Cross
2024s Keys that you see in the battle pass on
2026s the right side there so
2028s yeah and the last thing like if you
2031s reach the 65 000 event points in total
2033s that's when the event is over so uh yes
2035s just for qualification yeah yes after
2037s that we haven't prepared any represents
2041s any any presents you know like Easter
2044s eggs no nothing no but yes because you
2047s can still you can still enjoy the
2049s gameplay you can still go back to the
2051s Bayou uh you can use the new legendary
2053s Hunters that you have unlocked uh enjoy
2056s the packs enjoy the gameplay enjoy
2059s things that are Dennis is going to talk
2060s about soon
2062s exactly so uh with that parents I
2064s believe you will jump out for a few
2066s minutes but you will be back at the Q a

2077s changes we've done it so my pleasure I

2107s survives with that sure so 113 has uh
2111s all the bigger features that we've had
2113s on the test server and that we had in
2115s the last Stream So that includes the
2116s shooting range that includes the
2118s balancing changes lots of quality of
2119s life changes so lots of features
2122s um check out the patch notes for all the
2124s details uh it's quite a bit
2127s exactly and there's so much now so uh
2130s let's just uh I guess get at it and
2132s let's talk about a new packs we teased a
2134s bit earlier yeah let's actually go go
2136s one step back
2138s um and quickly let me give like an
2140s overview about the gameplay mechanics in
2143s general which is
2145s um for those who have played the last
2147s events you know all about what it means
2149s to pledge uh your Hunter it all it means
2152s what what the different pacts can do
2154s that like the effect they have on the
2156s gameplay offering you unique trades and
2158s this event follows that structure
2160s however we have changed things a little
2162s bit and as you go through the details uh
2164s I'm gonna talk about what it all means
2166s for how you pledge how the economy
2168s behind it works now with this new
2169s version what we have changed what we've
2171s improved we hope and how you guys can
2174s experience this but let's first give you
2175s guys an overview about the different
2177s packs we have so
2179s um we have three of them and basically
2182s what we have here is the Primal pact as
2184s the first pact or he mentioned it a

2189s whole story of the wreckage of the
2192s Delphine kind of washing app on
2194s different parts of the bayu and kind of
2196s people assembling the Alters from it and
2198s something where like mysterious going on
2199s with the appearance of Roger the primer
2202s pack turned the sides onto Rodger so
2205s they are basically hunting the Beast
2207s going to climb to the top of the food
2208s chain so it's all about like
2210s competitions all about like being being
2213s like the better beasts basically and
2216s that's what defines this pact and
2218s they're Mega cool I think so I'll
2221s probably gonna be choosing this but we
2223s do have two other very cool packs to be
2225s fair as well so uh what is the second
2227s one
2228s so the second one is The Smuggler pact
2230s um so the smack list a bit more a bit
2233s more a bit more Mischief is a bit more a
2235s bit more uh like like uh down to their
2237s own profit so like they kind of sift
2239s sort of wreckage and they vote to make
2241s the money
2242s um and make their money however they can
2244s right like it's whatever it's due like
2246s they're going to collect so everything
2248s that this pack is defined by is about
2250s being profitable as you've seen like
2252s carcass Gun Runners part of that packed
2254s and the deckhand is part of this pack so
2256s all of those more shady characters we
2259s have
2260s there they're somehow affiliated with
2262s them and yeah I cannot wait to reveal
2264s the trace for them because that's very
2266s exciting uh and then as you mentioned
2268s the more natural natural factor in the
2271s Middle Ground the ground that is back so
2273s what what are they up to this time so
2275s the ground pack is as you know like they
2277s try to find the balance on things like
2278s they don't commit to either side so they
2280s come more like the the neutrals but so
2282s the ground pack goes to preserve the
2284s balance of the value so like while the
2285s other facts fight they try to uncover
2287s the links between everything going on so
2290s you will see a lot more of of uh them
2293s trying to kind of understand and make
2294s sense of what's going on in the bio with
2297s the appearance of the Delphine
2299s awesome uh and uh we talked a lot of
2301s floors so let's get into the actual
2304s mechanics and uh how the pledge marks
2306s return this time around yes so in our
2309s previous event we had established pledge
2311s marks as a means of getting a resource
2316s that each of your Hunters can collect by
2318s playing
2319s and they can spend that resource in the
2323s way that it was a threshold so you need
2324s to reach like one point two point three
2326s point four points to on the unlock
2328s specific powers of your Pact
2332s um so by playing more and more being
2333s successful with your Hunter you had a
2334s chance to get an experience the higher
2337s um uh like traits that each of these
2340s packs offered
2341s how we have changed this time around is
2343s that we actually are turning the pledge
2344s marks more into a resource you're
2345s actually expanding so you can still only
2348s carry four on a hunter at the time so we
2351s encourage you obviously to do something
2352s with them and you can still only earn a
2355s maximum of three in a single match so
2357s same rules as we had the last time just
2359s the numbers have changed a little bit so
2361s you get one from collecting the first 20
2363s event points it's the exploration path
2365s you can get one for banishing the first
2368s uh boss Target
2370s that includes a wild Target and you can
2373s get uh one by looting your first Dead
2375s hunter that's the PVP competition side
2377s so play The Objective exploring and PVP
2379s are all being represented obviously if
2381s you if you succeed in all of them you
2383s can get more of those uh in a single
2385s match and therefore maybe Advanced that
2387s particular Hunter a little bit faster
2390s awesome and so we had the pledge Mark
2393s and you said they work kind of
2394s differently so that really ties into
2396s this so what are the burn trades yes the
2399s branch rate is um a new category of
2402s Trades that we're establishing and burn
2403s trades are trades that will disappear
2406s they'll go away they're temporary and
2408s what that means is that by spending uh
2412s your pledge marks as the pledge posts at
2414s the supply points uh to to specific
2417s packs you might get that particular
2419s trade for a moment and then depending on
2422s the trade it gets destroyed when it's
2424s condition activates so the conditions
2425s are very different on the trades and we
2427s talk about them in in a couple minutes
2430s um but they are basically a new category
2432s of trade that you just can't get in The
2434s Roaster right that you have to somehow
2436s get them in the world and for this event
2438s obviously that means you have to engage
2440s with the patch marks and then invest
2443s into them at our supply points The
2446s Pledge posts yeah and we actually have
2448s an image of them so let's take a look
2450s how they actually look like so it's a
2452s little bit different for regular ones as
2454s you can see here like there's three of
2455s them lined up and this is like in a
2457s minute we talk about is like how you
2458s will experience them all so at the
2459s supply points as you can interact with
2461s them and kind of kind of purchase them
2462s for the pledge marks there um as you
2465s have pledged to a particular pact so the
2467s first right here is a regular war and
2469s then you see that the other two are in
2471s this case Branch rates
2472s uh yeah so uh let's talk about just a
2476s tiny bit more about pledge marks so uh
2478s how do people actually pledge to
2481s something and where do they have to go
2482s what to do
2483s so the supply points have these three
2486s pledge boxes one per pack
2489s and unless you have one of those
2490s pre-pledged Hunters we talked about
2492s earlier you can choose which of those
2495s three packs you want to follow
2497s and by going to that particular box
2499s interacting with it you have pledge the
2501s hunter now in the previous event that
2503s meant depending on the amount of of
2505s Dutch marks you had you already gotten a
2507s trade but we've separated it out this
2508s time around so instead you will have the
2510s choice to pick the trades you would like
2513s to have on hand they have different
2514s costs attached to them so maybe
2516s sometimes you can only afford one or you
2518s choose if you want to have maybe those
2520s two or that other one so the choices
2522s were the player choices with you
2525s um but it's it's basically still giving
2527s you a chance to do all of that at the
2529s supply points and gives you the full
2531s control this time yeah and we do have a
2533s video just to represent how the pledging
2535s works so let's quickly take a look at it
2540s and I hope they can actually hear you
2541s this time
2543s um I hope so too yes it comes you can
2545s yes I fixed it as you can see here
2547s there's like like the patch box in this
2549s case for the ground pack and then we see
2550s the three traits here now they are the
2552s grounded trades and uh in this case
2555s because you have the latch marks you can
2556s interact with them and therefore add
2558s them to your Hunter the first one is a
2560s permanent one the other two here are
2562s um uh burnt rates and as you can see now
2565s you only have one patch Mark left so you
2567s can't afford the last one with with
2568s three pledge marks it would need to get
2571s some more marks first before you can
2572s complete it so have it all the moment
2574s they are lost they will appear here
2576s again so you can repurchase them if you
2578s have the pledge coins
2580s yeah just quickly playing again if uh
2582s because in the beginning I was asking
2584s about audio but yeah you can see the
2586s flash boxes and maybe you can also see
2588s that this is a slightly new location
2590s which we'll show in a second but uh as
2593s Danny said they will appear when you
2594s pledge and then you can uh
2597s spend your uh acquired pledge marks uh
2600s and let's talk about those locations so
2603s uh what did we change about those
2605s yeah so in general when when the last
2608s event was running we introduced a system
2609s where we divided the maps into quadrants
2612s four pieces four segments and uh though
2616s those parts of each of those segments
2618s close to the center of the map is where
2619s we have uh like kind of spawned the um
2622s the event specific Supply points
2626s um however in the last event we only had
2628s the cards on the left already right
2630s there were no boats there were no no
2632s wagons now this has changed so which
2634s means we can now draw from the four
2635s possible options of
2637s um these Supply points to spawn
2640s obviously there will still only be one
2642s per quadrant but you might have a couple
2643s more places where they can appear which
2645s we couldn't use and utilize in the last
2647s event because of obviously only where
2648s the stage coaches were used to like that
2650s the wagons were used we could actually
2652s use them so you should see a lot more of
2653s those at different places and uh get
2655s like all the different types of Supply
2657s points represented properly
2660s uh yeah I think it's a great change and
2662s I mean by like Google Chat going also
2664s already crazy by seeing some of the
2666s trades shown so why don't we actually
2668s uh talk about them so let's start with
2670s the Primal Pact
2674s so the primary pact has Instinct as its
2677s uh as its cheapest uh trades I'm not
2680s going to say the first trade because
2681s they're no longer is a predetermined
2683s order it's your choice depending on how
2685s many pledge marks you have and how you
2686s want to spend them
2687s but what Instinct does is that while in
2689s Dark Side you can sense when enemy
2691s Hunters are nearby that means within 75
2693s meters so it doesn't tell you an exact
2695s position it is it's not like dark side
2697s boost but it shows you that a hunter or
2700s maybe more Hunters is somewhere around
2702s within that radius so if you approach a
2704s compound you might be chased you might
2706s be chasing someone you might have heard
2708s something you can use instincts to kind
2710s of verify at least that within 75 meters
2712s and everybody knows 75 meters is not the
2715s biggest range in the game
2717s um you are at least safe so you can kind
2719s of like more safely maybe start pushing
2721s down into that abandoned layer where the
2723s Bounty is lying now there is no one
2724s around I don't need to bring for example
2726s a stalker Beetle to kind of scale the
2728s head of course you could do that but
2730s Instinct gives you a bit more security
2731s around it so that's uh it's basically
2734s about situation awareness about
2736s knowledge and information and giving a
2738s prime impactment of a sense of their
2740s prey of what surrounds and kind of like
2742s the kind of like sniff that art sex like
2744s this this is pretty close let's go get
2746s him yeah very thing and also the artwork
2748s is amazing chat yes uh shout out to our
2752s team uh amazing job as always and it's
2755s so if we talk about Instinct and every
2758s pack does have a burn trade that you
2759s mentioned so let's take a look at the
2761s very first burn trade
2762s so Instinct as you rightfully said like
2765s instinct is not a burnt rate so Instinct
2766s will be on your Hunter and it will stay
2768s on your Hunter until then Hunter
2769s parishes
2771s um then the second one is Relentless so
2772s you might be familiar with that one so
2774s we've we've brought Relentless back from
2777s the lunar pact of the last event and we
2781s turned it into a burnt rate costing two
2783s pledge marks which means you are once
2785s used you would have to buy that trade
2786s again there is no longer any activation
2789s deactivation rule said the trade will
2791s burn away and you will have to get the
2793s points to spend it again so it gives you
2794s a bit of like a health chunk Insurance
2796s because your Hunter won't lose a health
2798s chunk went down so this is actually
2799s pretty powerful in combat because the
2802s moment you get picked up or for example
2804s if you self-revive because Necromancer
2806s as you know is a thing that every pack
2808s can have now
2810s um we have the ability for for players
2814s to kind of like have one comeback
2815s without the penalty of already being
2818s short on health checks so if you combine
2820s this with a recent resilience resilience
2822s changes that if you would like like the
2824s full Health Restoration it means you can
2825s technically stand up with 158 points
2827s right there so very powerful but also
2830s very situational uh so something that
2832s gives you a bit of like I think it is
2834s the word Insurance before which I think
2835s is kind of like a good description of
2837s this it gives you you see that one time
2839s getting down you can recover from
2840s without any sort of downside but
2843s obviously after that you will need to
2844s get and spend uh indicate like the
2846s benchmarks and spend it on a supply
2849s Point again to buy Relentless to get the
2851s shield back
2853s yeah awesome and of course people that
2855s played the previous events are maybe a
2856s bit familiar with this already uh so
2859s let's move on to the second pact uh The
2863s Smuggler packed and uh it's gonna be
2865s very similar uh to every pack that
2867s there's uh one trade for one uh pledge
2870s Mark and one burn trade for two pledge
2871s marks yeah exactly and so this Market
2874s pack actually is is um a very different
2876s in Play Store also it might have a very
2878s different audience uh that might be
2880s attracted to it and this is something
2882s you want to try out a little bit and and
2884s see how you guys how you guys feel like
2886s how it resonates it's a bit of an
2887s experiment of it so the first trade is
2889s Mariner now Mariner is is again like on
2892s the burnt rate so just have it on the
2893s Hunter and it uh gives you Health
2896s Restoration
2897s um while in water now Health Restoration
2900s is marginally increased while exposed to
2902s Heavy Rain as well which means that at
2904s least you benefit a little bit from when
2905s we talk about thunder sure later the
2907s gameplay changes around the heavy rain
2909s but primarily the Health Restoration is
2912s greatly increased while in water so you
2913s can use puddles of water that are close
2916s by like like for example little Lake
2918s next to Healing Waters or just bigger
2920s swarm areas and while inside you will
2923s heal up very quickly it's almost like
2924s getting like a regeneration shot just at
2927s a very very high speed but it's again
2929s situational because you need to be in
2930s around water if you fight in an area
2932s let's say on on the cell where there is
2935s no water nearby it doesn't give you much
2938s yeah but I think that of course maybe
2941s you guys seen something about Rojo and
2943s stuff so this can be pretty useful yeah
2946s we have a feeling we have a feeling that
2949s water might have a stronger purpose and
2951s a stronger relevance to many of you
2954s during this event exactly I think that
2957s there might be some hidden Synergy for
2959s you to discover
2960s exactly I couldn't have said it better
2962s myself uh so what is the burn trade for
2965s this because that's something uh really
2968s crazy so yeah so the burnt right is
2970s called gun Runner and now this one is
2972s like for all the greedy people out there
2974s like the ones who just want to make
2975s money that's your chance now so
2977s basically what gun Runner does it
2979s removes Contraband status from the main
2981s weapons on extraction so if you have
2985s pillaged if you have plundered if you
2986s have taken loot then and you make it out
2989s to the exit you can switch that straight
2992s it will be destroyed in the process as
2993s it's a burnt rate for removing
2996s contributions actually profit from loot
2998s you take from other players or the front
3000s and Towers or anywhere else so it's a
3002s very very strong motivator for those
3004s people who just like like read it out
3006s except the shadow is just wait for the
3008s moment scavenge afterwards which to be
3011s fair it can be very very fun I do enjoy
3013s that myself sometimes solo just like
3015s like observing a little bit Ah I find it
3017s so let's see what they had oh some of
3019s them are not burnt
3021s um so you can kind of go in and there's
3022s like another bonus to the profitable
3024s part which is that
3026s you receive two extra ammo from ammo
3028s resupplies so you know that with 113 we
3032s also introduce our weapon changes to
3034s ammunition and that means you will get
3036s more ammunition now reliably while you
3039s have gun Runner equipped but obviously
3041s the moment you extract with a weapon
3043s that is contraband it will destroy
3045s itself and you need to get it first so
3046s it's not there forever but it gives you
3049s a chance to run some of the weapons with
3050s a higher chance of of resupplying them a
3053s bit faster okay you might not benefit
3056s from some of the other traits than the
3058s other packs offer that might make it
3060s more survivable inside the fact for
3062s example but this one is actually pretty
3064s pretty good for running specific
3065s loadouts and kids so it's a nice
3067s secondary effect besides the contraband
3069s yeah I can't wait to see how people
3072s decide because it will be very hard to
3073s decide within the Plex this time around
3075s I I think uh but that's all about The
3077s Smuggler pack and let's get to again the
3080s grounded one the balanced uh packed so
3082s what are the trades here
3084s all right so the ground pack has Shadow
3086s uh you might be familiar with Shadow
3088s from our last event so it's the same
3090s trade uh that Monsters can't see you but
3093s they can still hear you the boss Targets
3095s in the wall targets are immune to the
3096s straight so it's just for moving around
3098s the world but you can kind of already
3099s guess like it has received a bit of a
3101s buff because it doesn't need to be
3103s activated anymore the moment you have it
3105s basically that Hunter has that ability
3107s passively on them until they die or
3109s remove the trade for whatever reason so
3111s you have a lot more reliable control to
3115s kind of like skip through larger crowds
3117s of AI use them to like kind of like lose
3119s pursuers since they have to maybe fight
3121s the fighter AI you can get into areas
3124s without making too much noise but keep
3126s in mind they can still hear you so if
3128s you just run through they might still go
3129s like aggro and uh as a consequence some
3133s people might pick up the sounds yeah
3135s it's such a weird experience when you
3137s run through the area and they like kind
3139s of like you obviously hear you walking
3140s so they granted you and stuff but they
3142s don't attack you it's uh it's hard to
3144s get used to but it's uh very fun to play
3146s with uh and of course the ground up pack
3149s also has a burnt trait which is remedy
3152s yes so remedy is is the burn rate and
3154s it's a new ability as well so um this
3157s one is actually a bit more complicated
3159s so give me a second to explain it so
3161s using Dark Side you interact with a
3163s trade charm to trigger a restoration
3165s effects and onto banishing for your team
3167s Center so what it means is basically if
3169s you have remedy on your Hunter let's say
3171s your team has just fought a fight wanted
3173s against on the team but maybe a few of
3174s you got down once or twice you're short
3176s off of uh some health chunks but you
3178s want to continue if you have remedy if
3181s any of you guys have remedy on them and
3183s you find a trade charm like for example
3186s dropped by a meathead or if you don't
3188s have them all equipped there might be
3189s some other Supply points you can
3191s interact and dark side with that this is
3193s kind of similar to what serpent is doing
3195s right it's like a circle filling up
3197s um and once that is completed that
3199s remedy will remove itself it's destroyed
3201s and your entire team gets the same
3203s effect as if you just banish the boss
3205s which means they get a full restoration
3206s of the health chunks uh that they had
3208s before and are filled up completely so
3210s this is very very very strong but again
3212s it's also very situational because you
3215s need to kind of memorize it but like you
3216s know we had we had like this trades like
3218s for the meter drop there and we left one
3219s over so we can come back to it so it
3221s becomes a choice now for you to to to
3224s kind of like manage the resources about
3226s like 200 grab it right now it's doctor
3228s let's let's just interact with it two
3230s times and we both have doctor oh no if
3231s one there because maybe maybe we need
3234s the restoration later so it's a tactic
3236s or maybe just go find like a new meter
3237s hopefully quick quickly kill it and then
3239s be lucky that it drops straight so it
3241s adds a different level of tactic and
3243s it's also team effect so everybody in
3245s the team will get it so uh you can now
3247s have technically a medic in the team
3249s like with restoration like with remedy
3251s going for like a full restoration by by
3253s uh giving the team like a boost
3256s uh yeah it's uh an amazing team
3258s especially for team players that like
3260s supporting their teammates it's uh
3262s awesome uh and uh yeah the chat is also
3265s super excited I've seen people say oh no
3267s I can't decide between the packs
3268s otherwise so that's what we wanted
3271s hopefully it works exactly
3273s talking about that and they obviously
3275s seen the little pledge video where
3277s they've seen a third uh straight on uh
3280s on the little box there so uh let's talk
3283s about that sheet yes so def cheat is
3286s also back but uh as you might have
3288s guessed already Dev cheat is not linked
3290s to a particular pact Dev cheat is the
3293s third option for every pact so each of
3296s them will give you a chance to equip Dev
3298s cheat but again it is a burnt rate so it
3301s will work very differently in practice
3303s like in the last events Dev cheat
3304s remained on the Hunter and you just
3306s needed one pledge Mark to reactivate it
3308s that is different now what you need to
3310s do now is that once it is actually
3311s kicked in you will need three pledge
3313s marks to reacquire it from the supply
3316s point so there's a lot more risk a lot
3318s more effort involved in getting def G to
3320s re-established reactivated be useful for
3323s you so you might not be as successful in
3326s chaining it and sometimes maybe you've
3328s drawn in the fight and you only have two
3329s pledge marks now earned you need a third
3331s one you don't have a death cheat on your
3333s Hunter anymore and you might still lose
3335s them but at least there is an option we
3338s think it is a bit more balanced that way
3339s it's it has more of a downside to it and
3342s it should give players so the reason to
3345s go for it because it gives you basically
3347s insurance for your Hunter so it more
3348s reliably can maybe level up hundreds to
3350s a higher level even if once in a while
3353s death strikes however if you lost it you
3356s need to work a little bit harder in
3357s order to reestablish it
3359s yeah I think that is a great solution
3361s actually and we'll make it uh much more
3364s fair and we of course have one more
3367s trade that is uh with every event but we
3369s wanted to mention it the signee trade
3372s that you don't actually use splashboard
3373s for but upgrade points this time as for
3375s regular Hunters
3377s uh yeah
3379s so Sunny does what Sunny did in the last
3381s events as well which is basically boosts
3383s your event points so if you have a
3385s couple of spare points and you want to
3386s sacrifice one year 15 trade slots you
3389s can equip signee and that means that at
3391s the end of a mission when you come out
3393s your totally when points will be like
3395s giving a bonus of 10 so keep in mind it
3398s doesn't affect the ones that as you
3399s collect them in the game right so it
3401s doesn't make you for example get to the
3403s limit of 20 to get one of the clutch
3405s marks while you play the mission but for
3407s the total amount You're Gonna Leave the
3409s mission with this is what the bonus is
3411s applied on top of the Boost Supply on
3413s top so if you want to progress a little
3415s bit faster go for signing
3417s yeah uh great rate I always took it
3420s because it helps a bit uh so I think
3422s that's about the trades if you guys have
3424s any questions uh trade rated please uh

3428s lovely modes are collecting it for us
3430s and we'll try to answer it in the Q a
3432s and of course you can ask them there too
3434s so we can get back to them but we have
3436s so much stuff to cover still so I think

3441s let's talk about the new Arsenal and all
3443s the new toys to play around with
3446s so a lot of a lot of them have been
3448s teased already but the good thing is we
3450s can now go a little bit more into detail
3451s about some of them what they mean what
3453s the reason behind them isn't what we can
3455s do about them so as always all of the
3458s event weapon unlocks they are part of
3460s the uh regular progression and they um
3465s are only unlocked with event progression
3467s during the event after the event is over
3468s they will become part of regular weapon
3470s progression as usual so if you don't
3472s manage to finish the event which
3474s obviously we all hope we do and I'm
3476s pretty certain about it you can be sure
3478s that after that event is over you can
3480s also still get your hands on them no
3481s gameplay mechanics are being withheld
3483s from you
3485s yes yes and finally we can talk about
3488s the first one the drilling that everyone
3489s has been all excited all over the
3491s Internet so what is the drilling Dennis
3494s so the drilling is a combination weapon
3497s technically so it's it's basically a mix
3499s between two weapon types in this case
3501s what we've gone for in is like different
3503s combinations constellations of what the
3505s drilling can be the one we've picked for
3507s the game is the one with two rifle
3508s barrels and a underslung
3511s um long shotgun barrel now what that
3514s means is that you have two medium shots
3516s that you can in quick succession I mean
3518s everybody knows how the Rival plays so I
3520s can like have like the second Barrel
3522s fiber quickly after the first
3524s obviously you have to compensate for the
3525s kick and everything which might be a bit
3527s more of a problem or challenge at least
3529s if you have uh like to be precise
3532s um but you also have that underslung
3535s shotgun as as your secondary and as I
3538s mentioned it's a long shotgun barrel so
3540s this thing is as potent as a Romero is
3542s however there's obviously some balancing
3545s measures part of its um that for example
3547s the reload takes a lot longer than it
3549s does on the Romero so you it's not just
3551s a Romero plus a rifle it is attributes
3554s of it mixed together so you have to give
3555s and take a little bit but overall the
3557s weapon gives you quite a lot of
3559s flexibility
3560s um has it is both a medium rifle with
3562s two shots uh loaded in and one shotgun
3566s shell underneath that you can quickly
3567s swap to
3568s and on the screen you can see that the
3571s medium member capacity is uh two uh with
3574s 20 reserves and for the shotgun part is
3577s one with five reserved and uh just so
3580s those that are not familiar how to use
3582s these combination weapons in Hunt uh you
3585s have to press hotkey it is X by default
3587s on PC uh where it will just do an
3590s animation where it switches between the
3591s two ammo types
3594s uh and we have a very cool image of it
3596s and uh here you can see it very clearly
3599s and nicely
3600s and we also have an amazing video so uh
3605s let's see how it actually works in
3607s action
3620s poor Tower gets it always poorer Tower
3633s yeah so as you guys seen it the two
3636s medium shots can be fired quite quickly
3638s uh so the reload and then switching to
3640s the shotgun and as Danny said it is
3642s basically uh Romero shot some
3647s pronouncing changes so I cannot wait for
3649s everyone to try this out in the event
3650s and of course let us know how you like
3653s it but let's move on to the next thing
3655s which is the real road hammer Dennis
3658s yes so the railroad Hammer is is a new
3660s melee weapon it's a medium slot like the
3662s combat axis but this is the the blunt
3665s Malay equivalent however we didn't just
3667s want to put the sledgehammer in the game
3669s like back when we introduced to combat
3670s ax we were still in Early Access uh the
3673s game was just less premature so it was
3676s the best option for us back then but
3677s this time around with the railway time I
3679s wanted to at least give a bit of a
3680s different aspect to it so
3682s um it is similar to the sledgehammer but
3685s it's not exactly the same and that means
3687s primarily it has slightly less damage
3689s however it also consumes less stamina
3691s the damage is still good enough you can
3692s can still kill an emulator with it
3694s easily but you can just do a few more
3696s strikes so it kind of is in spirit also
3699s what the dusters are compared to the
3701s other midi weapons as being a very
3702s economic choice now this one compared to
3705s the Combat X just gives you a chance to
3707s do a little bit more with it against
3708s bosses it probably doesn't matter so
3710s much just do one more strike and then
3711s you add up with the total amount of
3712s damage you normally would have dealt but
3714s against the regular AI like specifically
3717s emulators armor Etc becomes a little bit
3719s easier to use
3720s and you mentioned killing an emulator
3723s with it so why don't we take a look at
3725s that quickly yes simulator yeah let's
3728s kill it
3728s and say for now Tower
3731s I'll put emulator
3734s rather straightforward uh it's a hammer
3736s it's what you would expect
3738s yeah uh it's gonna be uh fun because
3741s it's not the only medium slot item that
3743s comes in this update so let's talk about
3746s this one Dennis yeah so we also have the
3749s lamart Mark II upper mat when I talk
3751s about the name in a second let's let's
3754s first talk about what it actually is
3756s um so as you might have already heard a
3759s guest from some of our reveals before
3761s it's like it's a medium slot long ammo
3763s pistol so medium slot means that
3765s obviously it requires two hands to
3767s operate it is it is quite a very heavy
3768s piece it's the heaviest hand gun that we
3770s have on the game
3771s um but it's a handgun however that means
3774s it cannot be used for Fanning and you
3775s cannot dual wield it so there's some
3777s severe limitations on it which might
3779s give some of the alternative choices
3781s let's start with the U still like an
3783s advantage obviously however it does have
3786s the flexibility becomes it comes with
3788s the under barrel shotgun the limit has
3790s so this is exactly the same under barrel
3791s shotgun it's not like long or anything
3793s it's just the same thing but it gives
3795s you that shotgun ability alongside a
3797s long ammo pistol which is pretty
3799s powerful and capacity is nine slash nine
3802s so he had like 50 more rounds loaded
3804s into the drum and the same extra
3805s ammunition as the uppercut has for
3808s comparison
3810s um we see this thing to compete a lot
3811s more obviously with other medium slot
3813s choices since it is a medium slot so
3816s compared to for example an operas
3818s compared to other choices like it might
3821s be very interesting so we expect and
3823s hope that there's going to be a lot more
3824s like interesting builds assembled from
3826s two mediums of weapons or obviously
3827s people just going quartermaster and just
3829s having that that heavy piece
3832s uh so what about the name because chat
3835s is going crazy yeah yeah
3838s um so so the name um I mean we talked a
3841s lot about this actually internally about
3842s like how we're going to name it and if
3844s you were to just go buy our nomenclature
3846s like how we name weapons and variants of
3849s weapons it would have to be called the
3851s uh lamad Mark II uppercut because
3853s uppercut is what turns it into that long
3856s ammo just as for example a Talon or like
3858s a bayonet or a scope or Swift we're
3862s going to repeat these names usually for
3863s weapons doing similar things however the
3866s uppercut has such an iconic role in the
3868s game it's such so well known for that
3870s particular name that we felt that we
3871s just can't name it like that it would be
3873s a similar dilemma as for example if he
3875s would ever introduce let's say a second
3876s aftermarket right like it's like no it's
3878s the aftermath it's the uppercut and um
3881s that is causes quite a bit of a bit of a
3884s problem and one option of course is just
3886s like yeah just name it something
3888s different for example an academic
3889s Community or also suggested things like
3891s that like give it different names of
3893s like boxing like attacks and techniques
3896s anything related that's close by and
3898s it's all fair enough however we went
3900s with the upper mud just for one hand
3903s having that proximity still to the upper
3906s cut part of it that kind of like
3907s identifies it as being a long ammo while
3910s not sounding exactly the same there's
3912s obviously a little bit of a pun in there
3914s as well a little bit of cheek of tongue
3916s but uh we thought this was actually fine
3919s and um we're hoping that that's uh like
3923s the people will also accept that get
3925s that we will look and we continue doing
3927s it
3928s um uh like like into into like observing
3930s how this will play out over the event
3932s Etc and then where we'll draw our
3935s conclusions from that but for the moment
3937s uh we were quite happy with that but
3939s all right and since we talked a lot
3941s about a name why don't we actually look
3943s at it in action so people can actually
3945s finally for the first time uh see it and
3948s the two-handing let's
3951s yeah so as you can already see like this
3953s thing looks like a meal
3955s it has obviously the sides close to what
3959s you're familiar with from the lamat so
3961s if you like those sites it will feel
3962s quite home directly with the uppercut
3966s however it also has then the the shotgun
3970s and it kicks just the same as the normal
3972s one so it is something as you can see
3974s like you have to hold with both hands it
3976s is a heavy piece and
3978s um therefore you will not be able to Fan
3981s it or will it do well like in two hands
3984s a gimbal
3985s yeah and I actually really like the way
3987s it's being held I think it's really cool
3989s personally so yeah
3991s it's gonna be a hard Choice it's not
3993s choosing between then the uppercut for
3995s me because uppercut has been my favorite
3997s gun ever since like pre-alpha basically
3999s so I mean it's easy it's just you use
4003s the Apple cat and once once you get
4005s quartermaster and your Hunter considers
4007s swapping over or not right you're right
4009s I mean to be shared there's also just
4011s still the option to just use dual
4012s uppercuts right as a medium alternative
4014s but I think people people
4016s um uh not gravitating towards that that
4019s or to a uppercut and an uppermost
4022s for meaning
4024s yeah uh so that was the upper mouth and
4027s uh we do have some more additions so we
4030s do have the Caldwell 19 new Army Swift
4032s variant of uh gun so yeah so so this one
4036s is rather straightforward one you have
4037s seen Swifts in the game with uh the
4040s Scott Field and this is just a callable
4043s 92 new Army getting the same treatment
4045s as a variant so a faster reloads
4047s obviously
4048s because it uses the speed loader but it
4051s has a downside that if you if you are
4053s not completely empty in the drum upon
4056s reloading you will lose any sort of
4058s ammunition that you haven't fired off so
4060s you have to kind of make the decision
4061s when is the right moment to reload
4063s because you might just lose like a three
4065s four or even six uh rounds of ammunition
4067s quite quickly um depending on uh when
4071s you reload and we have just a very quick
4073s uh video of uh the reloading animation
4077s for this because since that's the new
4078s thing here is first the picture it's
4080s very pretty uh but yeah let's take a
4083s look at that reload
4090s yep that was very crazy yeah
4095s it's just one more time
4097s really cool
4100s and I actually really enjoyed a new Army
4102s in general so uh it will be very good
4104s for like new Prestige early prestigious
4106s uh I think so awesome absolutely
4110s uh all right and but it still doesn't
4113s end here because we do have the Winfield
4115s 90 slate repost variant
4118s yeah so so again something that you guys
4120s might be familiar with you know what a
4121s repost is doing to a weapon uh so to be
4124s talking about a shotgun with an attached
4125s heavy bayonet
4127s uh it basically is very effective in
4130s close quarters
4132s um the the main thing obviously compared
4134s to a normal bayonet is that it uses the
4137s the blade for both attacks like the
4139s regular and the heavy Emily attack so um
4142s that means you might want to bring some
4144s dusters or something else in case
4145s emulators show up
4147s yeah I mean now it's double good at
4149s close uh range convert basically so this
4153s is the first time we have a repost now
4155s on a close quarter weapon right we have
4157s it on the martini Henry and other
4158s weapons right but like this time it's
4160s like we're on a shotgun so we're gonna
4162s see how the Slate will perform with that
4164s additional charge option like it's it's
4167s a proper trench shotgun now and they
4169s weren't even trenches
4170s and since you mentioned that it does
4172s replace uh the light and heavy mini
4174s attacks let's just look at it how that
4176s exactly looks
4185s now you can slash people with a shotgun
4187s so that's really cool
4190s it gives you just a chance to use it for
4192s example just a couple couple Grand
4193s sprinklers but I just use a couple of
4195s light attacks and then
4197s um just it's it's a lot easier a bit
4199s more economic than for example what the
4200s Specter bayonet can do right like which
4202s just uses the banknote for the heavy
4204s melee attack and it takes quite a bit of
4205s stamina for it yeah great great
4209s uh so we actually have a brand new
4212s custom ammo types uh coming with the
4215s event so we actually have two so let's
4218s take a look at those because these are
4220s also quite exciting if you were like if
4222s people watch the trailer for The Event
4224s it was hinted there but I've seen some
4227s discussions about it so let's take a
4229s look at the first one
4231s yeah so the first one is a dragon ball
4233s um so you might have already guessed
4235s what that does if you've seen the the
4236s recent trailer we've released
4239s um it's basically a dragon breath shell
4241s attached to a compact crossbar ball so
4244s similar to what the shot bolt does for
4245s the regular crossbow
4247s um now that's dragon breath shell
4249s obviously isn't fully encased so there's
4251s nothing that directs the blast too much
4253s and that means as it as it impacts and
4256s then detonates the fire kind of goes a
4259s little bit all around and it's more like
4261s an explosion so you can kind of like see
4263s this more of a ball of fire like like a
4265s fire bomb Hell Fire a little bit it
4267s doesn't also burn the ground for a very
4268s long time as it burns itself off quite
4270s quite fast but it does give the hand
4273s crossbow quite a bit of utility because
4275s you have like another offensive
4278s um bolts to choose from and uh Canal
4281s besides the regular ones and poison for
4283s example run any combinations with those
4285s and as you might have already seen in
4288s the in the video you can use that for
4290s utility because you can set things on
4292s fire including downtown hunters for
4294s example
4301s Click Boom you can see here like It
4302s Burns Burns for a little bit and then
4306s kind of dies off like after like 10-ish
4308s seconds or so and you can see that you
4311s can do everything that you could do with
4312s fire like taking out crows as you start
4314s burning enemy Hunters to
4316s yeah now you can you can be very cruel
4319s by just basically uh going into the
4321s mission with uh both uh choke bolt and a
4324s dragon balls and you can you can put
4327s people at your mercy by setting them on
4328s a fire and like extinguish him again
4330s staying on fire again
4332s do what you like yeah uh actually like
4335s is this the first uh weapon customer
4338s that can actually set down Hunters on
4340s fire I see them as as a custom ammo yeah
4343s because so the way setting things on
4345s fireworks is that they need to be in a
4348s fire volume like in an area that is
4350s burning and for example dragon breath uh
4352s or insane ammunition they don't do that
4354s right they just give you fire on impact
4356s so they don't don't saturation area this
4359s one as it explodes on impact and leaves
4361s a bit of a fire area actually has an
4363s ability similar to like what the lantern
4364s does for fire bomb does
4366s awesome really cool I can't wait to see
4369s it uh on enemy Hunters of course uh and
4373s the other one is for the bomberlands
4376s yes so the bomb lands um I mean not only
4379s does the bomb lens in 113 has the
4382s ability now to equip two custom ammo
4385s types something really new and we think
4387s is really really exciting uh it now also
4389s gets one additional ammo type that you
4391s can bring in and that is the wax frag
4393s charge now this is basically
4396s um an explosive lens of sort it's a bit
4398s different from from the basic one so it
4400s doesn't doesn't for example insta-kill
4401s uh like a player or or meet at if you
4406s hit him it's more closer to what the
4408s frag arrow is doing so a delay has a
4410s delayed fuse on it so it doesn't depend
4412s on impact so people can try to avoid it
4414s move around but you can also use it kind
4416s of like a little bit like at least shoot
4418s more safely around corners
4420s um obviously it doesn't bounce big but
4422s like it's gives you a bit of a safer
4423s option if you close by because it only
4426s goes up with the light views and then
4427s obviously causes bleeding damage as a
4429s result and being uh being coated with
4432s with wax I mean to the wax Dynamite
4433s stick you can safely use it in and
4436s around water and that might be a running
4439s theme of this event that that water is
4443s kind of like a bit more presence and
4445s more relevant so you might might find
4449s this quite coming quite handy in some
4451s situations
4452s yeah while you were talking I showed how
4454s it actually looks when you put that
4455s thing in the water and it does explode
4457s and as Danny said it may come very handy
4459s in the event so like like it technically
4463s can one shot
4465s but basically you would need to hit the
4467s guy directly and you would not need to
4469s move it's a very very short radius it's
4471s a little bit weaker than what's the frag
4473s Arrow does
4474s so you you will primarily find yourself
4477s being able to use this to saturate to
4479s prepare a push by them having to to stop
4482s leading uh and just use it as a tactical
4485s option somebody what dragon breath is
4486s doing with with a firewall set this one
4488s is doing with uh fragmentation so
4491s bleeding rule set
4493s yeah I think it's gonna be really really
4495s cool and again very useful but uh the
4498s other than like new weapons and variants
4500s and the custom ammo we actually have
4503s some new consumables as well
4505s and uh yeah this one is uh a favorite
4510s and my favorite my favorite and uh we
4514s will also need a new name from the
4515s community to name this uh little fella
4517s but what is it that is
4520s um I mean uh so so the regular regular
4523s stalker beetle is called Steve by many
4525s right maybe this guy turns into a Chuck
4528s or Charles or someone what what sticks
4531s in the community but what we're talking
4533s about here is basically a variance of
4536s the stalker Beetle the choke Beetle and
4538s uh if you detonate it when you control
4540s it it will explode in the cloud of
4542s suffocating gas as you might know from
4544s the choke bomb and the choke bolt so
4547s this thing gives you the chance to for
4549s example extinguish a burning teammate uh
4553s more safely unless they're someone who's
4555s going to intercept that little Feller
4557s you can use that also obviously
4559s tactically like you can make people
4560s choke cough a little bit so maybe it
4562s makes it easier for you to push or
4563s reveal their position so you can use it
4566s differently to the stalker Beetle it is
4569s not as offensive in terms of detonating
4572s and causing bleeding damage Etc but it
4574s is a bit more of a utility uh consumer
4577s for you as well so for example you might
4579s choose to say I'm going to leave my
4581s choke bombs at home and actually run one
4582s of these guys I can use them for
4583s scouting and maybe if there is the is
4586s the chance that I I need to need to
4589s extinguish like a burning teammate maybe
4590s I can use and sacrifice my choke Beetle
4593s for that for the same effect but
4595s obviously just have one what the short
4596s pumps give you two so it's just a
4598s question of tool versus consumable one
4600s versus two tactical utility versus
4602s guaranteed uh usage so it's really down
4606s to you to what you guys uh plan doing
4608s with it I definitely want to try uh
4610s leaving my job bombs home a little bit
4612s more actually down on this guy and see
4614s how that works out in practice
4616s yeah and uh I don't think we mentioned
4618s but it is immune to show clouds itself
4620s so the beetle itself can fly through the
4623s short clouds if uh some enemy Hunters
4625s dropped it let's for example so I think
4629s that's also very cool uh yeah okay
4632s pretty pretty awesome suggestions and
4635s chat yeah yeah I've seen that yeah they
4637s just went crazy with that so uh I think
4640s people need like a pull or something
4642s uh but uh I also seen a question about
4646s uh people asked already that can you
4648s actually find this in-game so yes
4651s um so so it can be found in cocoons I
4653s think it's like even a 50 50 chance
4654s between the two uh so if you go to any
4657s of the familiar trees that you might
4659s have memorized by now I still can't
4661s memorize all of them I have to admit to
4663s my shame
4664s um or if you're lucky uh when they
4666s sometimes just spawn on some some walls
4668s here and there similar to the envelopes
4670s um then uh there's gonna be a 50 50
4672s chance which of the two Beetle types you
4674s will collect from that
4677s great and uh why don't we just look at
4679s uh whatever Chuck or however they call
4682s it uh in action
4685s foreign
4688s nothing too spectacular but you know how
4691s like a choke choke gas cloud looks like
4694s um and it does that it doesn't stick
4695s around for a long time but it's good
4697s enough obviously to trigger the effect
4698s so it will extinguish a burning body or
4701s it will get someone like like the
4705s cuffing if they're in within range
4708s um another another site that's already
4710s on that one is that it's immune to show
4712s clouds so with a regular stock of beetle
4715s you might know that uh like moving into
4718s a cloud of Choke gas uh actually
4721s deactivates the beetle right like the
4723s connection is severed to it so even the
4725s guy next to it might be able to not pick
4726s it up and use it against you this was
4728s primarily a thing or it's primarily a
4730s thing kind of like to give you a chance
4731s to to more safely uh do a revive with
4734s the beetle around because you can have a
4737s bit of a productive area like you can
4739s deny some areas to the beetle now the
4741s choke beetle is not affected by this but
4743s then again Auto Beetle also doesn't do
4744s any damage so so if someone wants to fly
4747s through a joke they just have a bit more
4749s freedom they're not being affected by it
4750s too much so you can maybe Scout into
4752s areas where you couldn't do it's more
4753s situational it's just a small little
4755s effect but that the kind of fella is a
4757s bit more immune to Joe clouds himself
4759s and therefore easier to use around that
4763s uh yeah I cannot wait to see it in the
4765s bio a bit more uh and uh yeah so we do
4769s have two other consumables that are I
4771s think uh really cool as well uh really
4774s straightforward what they do but uh very
4776s useful
4777s uh so this this is more on the Utility
4779s side they're kind of like uh almost a
4781s bit like no-brainers like why did we do
4783s that earlier
4785s um so as you already know we have the
4787s medical stations uh in the world it's
4789s Supply points for example you can find
4790s them in the compounds and you can you
4792s can go and and use those two times and
4795s kind of heal up Health
4797s um now the deployment kit is basically
4799s the same thing but you can bring it
4800s along as a consumable so if you want to
4802s be even more automatic for your team
4804s besides running uh the trade we talked
4806s about earlier
4808s um you can now place this on the ground
4810s somewhere uh your team can use it like
4812s two Hunters can use it two times just
4813s force normal rule set of the rule of two
4816s and uh then that allows you to kind of
4818s like use that as a as a bit of a like a
4820s yeah Supply station Supply points and
4823s choose when to place it and your
4825s teammates benefit from it as well so
4827s nice alternative maybe to some people
4829s bringing Vitality shots obviously they
4831s also have their own Advantage still
4832s because they're very fast and very
4834s immediate but this one at least allows
4836s two usage for one item which is which is
4838s quite handy
4840s uh and this is a brother which is uh
4843s somewhat similar
4845s in form of a toolbox so what does that
4848s do Dennis I mean so it's the same it's
4851s the same idea behind it basically so we
4854s have we have the toolboxes uh uh in in
4857s the game already you could find and now
4858s you can bring one and it does do the
4861s regular random refill
4863s um obviously you can kind of steer a
4864s little bit depending on what you've used
4865s up what not but let's say you have an MD
4868s empty uh consumable slot um it will give
4872s you one of the normal typical
4874s consumables that that you're expecting
4876s from from toolboxes and makes the whole
4880s thing a bit more interesting because you
4881s can actually
4882s um yeah get some really good or maybe
4884s some more situational things from it
4886s it's it's a bit of a gamble almost like
4888s what you will get out of it in terms of
4889s like reliable for gameplay
4892s um but it does give you the option to do
4893s that so if you for example if you wanted
4895s to run traps right there might be a good
4896s chance you can use that to reliably get
4898s like one or two traps more out of this
4900s um and that is quite a nice Advantage
4903s for people who are really focused around
4905s that type of gameplay like like uh being
4907s uncontrollable tools consumers Etc but
4910s you need to sacrifice one of your
4911s console the slots for it so maybe one
4913s bomb less maybe one with Hardy shot less
4915s it's up to you
4917s yeah sons are really cool and some
4919s people say it's uh pretty exciting
4921s actually so a bit of a gamble on there
4923s but uh yeah it also helps with the
4925s teammates so I like the whole team that
4927s you can actually like uh of course you
4929s could like heal teammates with the math
4930s kids but now you can actually drop it on
4931s the floor for them uh and also now that
4934s you can give tools to them basically so
4936s I think that's really cool it's it's a
4938s little bit like giving a bit love to to
4940s the support guys out there in the teams
4942s right though so just like maybe then to
4944s do all the fighting but they're like
4945s they always have a spare Med kit around
4947s so they always always kind of like have
4949s something maybe an ammo box at the
4950s moment on live but with this now there's
4952s more opportunities more options for you
4954s to kind of like contribute to the team
4955s and kind of like keep you guys safe
4958s yeah really great
4959s uh and that's at the end of the new
4963s Arsenal and your new toys and your items
4966s and uh okay there's this very big point
4970s about the new wild targets we will try
4973s to be very very brief about this chat
4975s because we want you to experience it
4978s tomorrow so we'll just talk uh very
4981s briefly about it but yeah then it's uh
4983s let's talk about right all right let's
4985s talk let's talk about the alligator in
4987s the room I guess wow
4990s all right um so so Rojo is is obviously
4994s a new thing for us and what it means is
4998s that it's a wild Target and
5001s um it's the first wall Target we're
5003s releasing it's a new type of Target that
5004s means it's a little bit different of how
5006s it works now it operates compared to our
5008s regular boss targets like the me test
5010s the Assassin butcher spider
5013s um the main thing here is that we don't
5015s really want to tell you too much about
5017s because we want you guys to experience
5018s it and learn it a little bit uh as you
5020s as you start the event but there's a
5022s couple of things that we still want to
5024s want to give away a little bit so Rojo
5027s has its own territory so unlike a layer
5030s it has a specific place outside of
5032s compounds where it can be found that's
5034s obviously randomly picked like the boss
5035s letters are randomly picked and as such
5038s it is not a roaming Target that doesn't
5040s move around the map it still stays
5042s within a particular area and there's
5045s ways for you to kind of locate and find
5046s that area again we will not talk about
5048s in details we want you to experience
5050s this we want you to to kind of see how
5051s how quickly you pick it up and when you
5054s thank you first Rogers and
5056s have fun with that one
5058s and there's some other changes like to
5061s the banish and the panties as well so
5063s yeah so
5064s as being not like a proper full boss
5067s talk but wild Target we also have a
5070s slightly adjustable set when it comes to
5072s the banishing like so you can banish
5074s Roger just like you can damage the boss
5077s targets however there's a much shorter
5079s bandaging time and obviously that's
5080s because it's outside of compounds right
5082s it's much more exposed and and we don't
5084s want you to sit there for too long
5085s potentially with that team scrolling up
5086s so
5087s skeet will be of the essence of of
5090s dealing with work jump and that's why
5092s this is the basically taking this into
5093s account also Roger will just give you
5096s one Bounty token uh and uh it gives you
5099s there for an opportunity like if you
5101s want to do it maybe towards the ends if
5102s you want to quickly do it in the
5103s beginning maybe then you have like a
5105s token you can use to approach the boss
5107s Target of that mission so gives you that
5109s flexibility and we're very very
5111s interested to see how you guys will be
5113s engaging and interacting with Roger
5117s yeah and uh do we have a last point that
5120s uh during this event they will be only
5121s found in the Wild Card contracts so what
5124s does that mean exactly this time around
5126s Dennis yeah so we started experimenting
5128s with wild card contracts uh a while back
5131s in 112 with uh separating out Knight
5134s during specific times as a wild card so
5136s that night was no longer available in
5138s the regular rotation but it was
5140s available in a separate wild card from
5142s experiment a little bit with like the
5143s rewards you get the frequency of that
5145s one and that is helps quite a bit to to
5147s um have a good foundation or that we
5149s want to use at this event for how
5151s wildcard contracts matter now let's talk
5155s about wildcards um which I think is on
5157s the next slide yeah do we want to
5159s mention first like which exactly we have
5161s uh during uh
5162s can do yes uh so so during these events
5166s uh we will have wild card contracts
5168s running we have them running
5170s um uh basically as a second contract
5172s choice and those include Knight
5176s serpent Moon you might remember
5178s and the new Thunder shower which is our
5181s rain time of day we're just going to
5183s talk about a little bit now so as you go
5185s and play a wild card contract one of
5188s those three will be chosen randomly
5191s um and uh you will be able to play on
5194s that one Roger can only be found on the
5196s Wild Card contracts which means if you
5199s don't wanna worry about Roadshow well
5201s just play the regular contracts but if
5203s you're really going to go into it the
5205s wild cards are the place to find there
5207s uh right and uh as you said a thunder
5210s shower obviously we did put out I think
5213s like 30 minutes video of it for people
5215s to listen to it but let's maybe take a
5218s look at that first like just uh okay
5220s actually let's let's talk about it let's
5222s introduce it first uh what does it do
5224s yeah
5225s and we have so many videos so yeah
5229s I mean so so basically Thunder shower
5231s reduces visibility right both from a
5234s visible spam sample but also from an
5236s acoustic standpoint
5237s um so what it means is that while the
5240s Thunder shower is on you might have like
5242s a shorter view distance uh closer to for
5245s example fork and therefore might need to
5248s move around a little bit more
5249s differently than during right day time
5252s but I think we do have one video to

5417s a dynamic component to thunder shower
5420s which means there's both like a lighter
5422s rain version and then there is a heavy
5424s rain sequence and they can alternate
5425s with a bit of Randomness between them
5427s certain times so something we want you
5430s guys to to kind of experience and learn
5431s what's what the pacing the rhythm of all
5433s of that is
5435s um but obviously doing Heavy Rain if you
5437s crouch around maybe you might be getting
5439s closer a little bit better than uh that
5442s is if there's no rain around
5444s so we can use the heavy rain as an
5447s opportunity

5543s place to kind of like be when the Heavy
5545s Rain kicks in like do you want to be
5547s under a metal roof do you want to be
5548s next to a trade you want to be outside
5550s you want to inside it all has like
5552s advantages and disadvantages so it's
5553s something for you guys to kind of
5555s experience figure out how to how to go
5557s about like one of those Heavy Rain
5559s sequences kicking in
5561s yeah obviously like we've already kind
5564s of revealed this but uh and in the
5565s videos as well there's rain patterns uh
5568s so there is a light rain face uh and it
5571s transitions into heavy rain and then
5573s back so it is gonna be a pattern uh
5575s during Thunder shower yeah so as I
5578s mentioned before there's a bit of a
5579s random element to it so sometimes when
5580s heavy rain starts in the beginning of
5582s the map sometimes it's light rain and
5584s however we try to keep things uh so that
5586s you will understand after playing it
5588s it's a bit like how to best use if it's
5590s like how reliable is like the timings of
5592s it Etc
5594s but yeah will be very very much fun
5597s uh uh and uh yeah so last important
5600s thing for this one is that uh The Heavy
5603s Rain changes some fire related rules in
5606s the game
5608s so uh
5610s maybe let's take a look at the first one
5612s and then you can explain where yeah take
5614s a look at or maybe you would just want
5615s to say what it exactly means first of
5617s all yeah I can give a quick of an intro
5619s so basically
5621s um
5621s we won't completely deactivate all fires
5625s if there's Heavy Rain however Heavy Rain
5628s is enough that smaller Fires for example
5631s when you try to ignite a barrel
5633s you try to ignite a large turbine or
5637s like a burning hunter that just has a
5639s bit of a flame on him if he's not
5640s completely lying in in in the fire area
5643s like those will go out those will not
5645s work so there is a bit of a bit of a
5648s rule set that based on where you are
5650s where the flammable objects are that
5653s Heavy Rain might suppress them actually
5655s igniting so that's going to be a very
5657s interesting element to it because as you
5659s can see in the videos in a second like
5662s it might create a couple of new
5663s interesting situations
5665s so let's how about to take a look at
5667s first that alert strip mines and how
5670s they react in heavy rain
5674s or how they don't react to ashes
5677s so the Trap is prime but you still have
5681s all your health and nothing is burning
5682s because that small fuse didn't ignite
5685s exactly uh I know Ari shout out to our
5688s community manager who loves trapping
5690s everything
5691s I'm sorry
5694s but obviously doesn't not the only thing
5697s that's affected so we have some examples
5700s with the flare pistol being also
5702s affected one outside in the rain so
5704s let's take a look
5707s as you can see here

5714s it's nothing happened didn't hit uh and
5718s uh as such no ignition was was going on
5722s however the oil spill next to it uh he
5725s still can't catch fire as you see like
5727s the the shell flare shell uh kind of
5730s rolling off it will decide it still
5732s ignited the oil symbols even though the
5734s barrels have come out to the burning so
5736s so as I was saying in the beginning like
5738s it's mostly about the smaller fires uh
5740s not the big ones if you throw a fire
5742s bomb if you throw a lantern they still
5744s burn
5745s and let's have a look what it means for
5747s a hunter
5748s that's exactly what I wanted to say so
5750s that's
5754s as you can see here you will not catch
5757s fire during heavy rain it's still
5759s charcoals it still Burns you it's still
5760s hot you don't want to be there however
5762s it still gives you a chance to kind of
5765s like go through fires uh just exactly a
5767s little bit off of charcoaling of your
5769s health chunks and not directly being set
5771s on fire so you can use that differently
5774s now to kind of push move around and
5776s gives you a bit more flexibility
5779s that also obviously means that if you
5781s are uh as a hunter being downed in the
5784s fire volume like someone throws later on
5785s you you will still lose
5788s um some of your health Slowly by that
5790s but the moments that source of fire is
5792s gone so like the lantern has burned out
5793s like you will not catch fire after that
5795s as you will be basically immediately out
5798s and no longer take any chuckling
5800s uh yeah and obviously there's a lot of
5803s more like small secrets to thunder
5804s shower but again uh please go out there
5807s and explore it because it is like a
5809s whole new experience and try out
5811s different things how they work uh and
5813s how it affects the whole gameplay I
5815s think it's gonna be really fun based on
5817s the small play tests I did earlier so
5819s it's gonna be amazing and I can't wait

6383s so we have the drilling that comes in at
6385s 510 and it also has the option to equip
6389s uh dum dum and FMJ ammunition which
6392s obviously also unlock as part of the
6394s event progression
6396s um the uh we also have the um railroad
6401s Hammer that comes in with just a bargain
6403s of fifteen hundred dollars so similar to
6406s the Combat X uh rather easy and
6408s affordable
6409s we have the choke Beetle that comes in
6412s with twenty two hundred dollars
6414s the medpack
6417s um with 35 the toolbox with 70.
6422s and the Slate repost with 359 hundred
6426s dollars
6427s the upper mat is 440
6431s hundred dollars
6433s for the rest and all of the details you
6435s can obviously then check out the
6438s the patch notes but I mean the upper
6439s mods also comes with like poison long
6441s ammo and fmg long ammo that you can also
6444s get unlocked during event

6457s first of all is it possible for two
6459s bosses and Rojo to appear on one map

6465s so um you will always have a boss Target
6469s there will always be a contract with a

6473s play the Wild Card during the events you
6476s will have a boss Target randomly chosen
6478s as normal and you will have Rojo hiding
6482s somewhere on the map
6484s so you will basically always have two
6487s Targets one being a boss Target
6489s the one that defines shrinking of the
6491s map the clues and everything you know
6493s and you have the hidden wild Target that
6496s will tell you how exactly to find it so
6498s we want you to figure it out yourself as
6500s you explore the event a little bit but

6513s affect other things other than fire can
6515s it affect poison effects or true clouds
6517s or how to differ currently so so we've
6520s been focusing on fire as the primary
6522s thing um so it does not affect the choke
6524s it doesn't affect uh the the poison
6527s however there are different things with
6529s fire right like we have fire on AI we
6532s have fire or in the world and Hunters we
6534s have it with an equipment and straps and
6536s other things so this will be interesting
6538s for you to figure out all of the details
6540s of these mechanics and what will happen
6543s when the heavy rain starts kicking in
6548s yeah that's a very good explanation and
6550s a good one actually so uh will the
6553s drilling and the upper must have any
6554s Special ammo uh that they cannot look on
6558s their release yes uh I mentioned before
6560s briefly like the drilling at least for
6562s the regular ammunition

6565s shotgun top of my head right now but for
6568s regular ammo you get dumb dumb and FMJ
6569s and the upper mouth has poison and FMJ

6718s the same effect it's just that that
6720s Mariner regenerates a lot faster but it
6723s has the condition that you have to be in
6724s water so if you have a regeneration shot
6726s any useless benefit obviously from being
6728s in water with Mariner
6730s uh awesome uh yeah so some people ask
6734s one is the new DLC coming so it will be
6736s coming in July the myth of the Moors and
6740s again the moorhound hunter within the
6743s DRC will also helped you gain a bonus
6746s event points uh if you play uh with him
6749s when he after he comes out obviously uh
6751s just like the pre-plused hunters
