[2020] Blur problem

Hello guys,

I know this problem has been already pointed out, but it seems there's no real solution to it.

Both my mate and I have the problem. We just bought the game, and everytime we zoom in with our weapons, with or without the ironsight, we seem to have somekind of a blurry effect that goes with our weapons as it moves. (Just like that Windows XP stuff when a window freezes as you open a folder and it demultiplies a thousand time as you drag it around.)

We already removed the DOF and the Blur in the settings, but it doesn't seem to change anything. Any tip ?
