@RealChrisBeck @Crytek We do allow teams to be formed within the game naturally using the in-game chat. From the clip you sent, it seems like that is the case here.
We in fact do not allow teams to be formed prior to matchmaking deliberately.

For the moment, we've removed set contracts to help our Matchmaking system find players the best match possible.
