[2020] So I spend more money and end up getting less? (PS4 theme)

This probably won't be a big deal to most, but I've always enjoyed collecting ps4/xbox/pc themes/wallpapers. It makes no sense that the cheapest version of the game (the launch edition) has exclusive content that isn't available in the most expensive version (the legendary edition). Like I said, this obviously won't bother a lot of people, but I honestly kinda feel like I got screwed. It's true that the legendary edition doesn't explicity state that it includes the theme, but that's almost always the case with legendary/ultimate/deluxe editions. Logic says it should be included.
