Can we please get the hit zone modifiers for damage? It seems like there may be some upper chest 1.0+ modifier and limbs certainly seem sub 1.0. Without knowing for certain, its harder to know which weapons are good at what.

External link →The hit zone modifiers vary between ammo types and for different enemies. It’s quite a lot of variables that are not easy to explain like that.
With 1.3, we are doing a big consistency pass on all of the ammo types and body hit multipliers and will push some of the ammo types to be a bit more effective at range to mix up the meta.
I plan on updating the old gunplay devblog with all the changes once 1.3 is out on live.
You ever get around to doing that? I put 4 rounds in a guy with fanning last night and he didn't go down, so I thought I'd check what the multipliers were. Can't find them, unless it's just buried.

That means you take the damage from the in-game weapon details, see how it drops over distance and apply that to the fight you experienced (probably close to the initial damage when we talk about dual-wielding). Each shot is then multiplied by the body part it hit to determine the actual damage.
