[2022] Why do people hate streamers?

I’ve played with a lot of people who’ve expressed their dislike for anyone with TTV in their name. There’s usually two scenarios; A, player was killed by TTV and bitches about their stream. B, player kills a streamer and then talks sh*t to them.

I can see the excitement in killing a streamer because you can go to their stream and watch how you killed them from their POV. Most of the people with TTV in their name aren’t even big streamers. Mostly people who’ve tried it and never took it serious.

If anything, there’s mostly benefits from having a community that creates content for a game you love.

So , why so much hate?
