Thank you so much! Maybe there is a patient gentleman who doesn't mind to explain how these words correlate with in game NPC ? Because Infected (after your words) I can put somehow on the grunts (because infection, zombies etc.) but Marked... I tried to translate and find synonymous but didnt successed.
