me and my friend have always just referred to them as bee ladies out of simple thinking.

i was watching a youtuber recently and he said “we call these bee ladies” and i thought “huh that’s interesting, we did the same instinctively.” then i watched someone else another time and this guy also referred to them the same way. i notice people on this sub using the same term even though we all clearly know they’re hives.

why is this? is this just an example of a slang term or is it genuinely a coincidence that many people call hives “bee ladies” for some reason?

edit: another trend i’m seeing in this comments is “bee bitch” or “bug bitch”

Can confirm, kutya is spelled kutya (which indeed means dog) but I'm not sure if you meant "kutuskovia" was like a Hungarian word in Slovak style, but that isn't Hungarian itself.

Also I am formally declaring that I am stealing "hentai tentacle" for the name of the Waterdevil.

I think it would translate to Kutyuska in Hungarian 😁
