3s that has been uh actually pointed out to
6s us by the community very noteworthy
9s mention is huge is a youtube video uh
13s showing uh some issues with the third
15s person animations
17s and we are happy to let you know that
19s this is actually fixed in this update
21s uh so arika could you maybe explain what
23s the issue was for those that do not know
25s yet
26s yeah of course if you did not happen to
28s see that video or you didn't notice this
30s bug in game
31s this was an unintent unintentional bug
33s that happened with some weapons that
36s while you were crouched if you ats with
38s that weapon your hunter would actually
40s kind of uh become more upright and less
43s of a crouch position
45s and you'd be could be more vulnerable in
47s certain situations but the main problem
49s we saw on our end was the inconsistency
52s between different weapons and how your
55s character model would react to those
56s weapons
58s because of this we've been working on
60s fixing this misaligned animation so we
62s could get consistency across the board
65s so that one weapon doesn't
67s you know act differently from another
69s weapon and you might be putting yourself
70s in a worse situation just because you're
72s adsing with um the most prolific one was
76s the birthie a compared to other like
78s long animal rifles correct and as you
80s guys can see it on the screen now all
82s weapons inc like everything
85s has matching crouch animations so all
87s the animations have been fixed and uh as
90s already mentioned the birthday we can
92s actually show you how it is right now
94s i think we have uh videos for kind of
97s all three classes of weapons rifle
100s pistol and shotgun to showcase that
102s they should be the same all across the
105s board
106s in the past while crouching and adsing
109s you would have seen this character model
111s kind of stiff and upright a little bit
114s and they would have looked uh kind of
115s different and been a larger target where
118s now you can see they keep that same
120s crouched arching position so they are
122s not changing positions uh while adsing
125s sorry mentioned we do have a pistol of
128s uh a rifle and also shotgun just to see
131s you guys that it is applied to
133s everything in the game
134s and yeah every hunter has the same
136s position now when crouching and aiming
140s and yeah let's look at the shotgun
141s variation with the terminus as well
144s we went over this at the beginning of
145s the stream but it's come up just a
147s little bit since then uh we have people
148s asking about the romero 80s bug can you
151s let us know if that's coming with a fix
153s in the next uh in 1.8.1 bins
156s i can for sure i'm very happy to let you
158s know that it is indeed fixed in this
160s update so if you want you can jump on
163s the test service very very soon
165s and test it out for yourself but it is
168s indeed fixed in 1.8.1 we wanted to
171s highlight this uh bug it actually took
173s uh some time for the animation theme to
176s fix this it was quite a bit of a work
178s but uh we are happy to let you know that
179s every uh weapon animation for third
182s person will be fixed for this something
184s our team wanted to go through and make
186s sure that the consistency across the
188s board for all weapons were matching but
191s there are a lot of weapons in hunt and
192s there are a lot of hunters in hunts so
194s it was it did take some time since this
197s was initially reported to us but we
198s appreciate your patience patience and we
201s hope this bug
202s even if it's not something you might
204s have noticed every day
205s is just a nice quality of life change
