External link →It does not reset. If you're Merchants' Guild rank 6 and switch to Circle of Fortune and then back to Merchants' Guild you will still be rank 6.
Well yea that's what I mean with 2 presets. But the faction levelling will take a good while, so we'll see how "viable" it's gonna feel to swap back and forth.
If you're looking for peak efficiency, pick 1 and stick to it.

If you really manage to pull it off without any major game breaking bugs or abuse cases and it has some level of quality of life and polish, this will easily be the most elegant approach for the trade/no trade balance in games of this genre!

I'm sorry, I don't know the details. I think you need to just opt-in on the Steam page and it takes care of the rest somehow.
