TLDR; Love the game but this bug makes crucial endgame features unplayable, and its not just halting, but actually undoing progression.
Disclaimer: I understand its a beta and we are trying to iron out such bugs, but I haven't really heard much about the devs trying to fix this. I've posted several detailed bug reports about this ingame and on their bug submission website.
Loadscreen bug: The load screen stays indefinitely while you can still cast spells and (thankfully) bring up the settings menu to exit to the main menu, thus forfeiting rewards, stability and keys.
Workarounds: The monolith echo quest load screen bug can be worked around by playing a regular echo before doing the echo quest. I haven't found one for the dungeon yet but I'd prefer to just play "Last Epoch" rather than "Last Workaround".
Conclusion: Losing echo rewards and timeline stability I can deal with, but losing keys? Nope. Losing three Temporal Sanctum keys has put me off the game, sadly. I've done my due diligence in trying to make sure everything on my PC is updated and that the game is installed properly. That and judging from the amount of people reporting this, I can safely say that this is a bug and not a problem at my end.
Thus, I will wait patiently for it to be fixed before I play my main again. Such a fantastic game, though disappointing that it has this massive game breaking bug at the moment.
