We are currently aware of an issue where disconnecting and subsequently reconnecting to chat can result in the game client returning to the log in screen with a notice that your account has been access using another device. Resolving this issue is high priority, and we are very sorry for both the inconvenience and any concern that this has understandably caused.

We have since discovered that this error message can also be displayed in cases where users are forcibly disconnected on our end for other reasons. We are working to correct this as well.
