I’ve looked into this for you, but I’m unable to see any reason why the pet would not be available. Are you sure you’re scrolling down to the correct one? It’s near the end of the list.

From what I can see, your account does indeed have the pet, @Vyroze. Press K to open the Cosmetics window, then click on one of the large slots on the left and scroll down.

I’m going to lock this thread as it’s been a while since we’ve heard from OP and we prefer for each person to create a new thread when looking for assistance.
