Can I ask whether you are using the standalone client or playing through Steam?
I’ve been discussing this issue with the team, and we are unaware of any other reports of this issue. Unfortunately, the next step we would recommend in this instance would be to reinstall the game client. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
You may wish to consider installing the game through Steam - this support article has a guide on how to do so - as Steam offers the ability to check for data corruption. While the launcher for Last Epoch’s standalone client does perform a brief scan of the install when opened, it currently lacks an option to have it perform a more in-depth check.
