Last Epoch Tools is updated to Patch 1.0

Hey everyone! I was given the green light, and now Last Epoch Tools is updated to Patch 1.0!

• Two new masteries, Warlock and Falcon, can be checked in the Build Planner
• Warlock skills: Chaos Bolts | Ghostflame | Soul Feast (reworked) | Profane Veil | Chthonic Fissure
• Falconer skills: Explosive Trap | Net | Aerial Assault | Dive Bomb | Falconry
• Paladin's skill Healing Hands finally got a skill tree
• Primalists got a new skill, Gathering Storm, and Tempest Strike has been reworked
