[2022] Update on Optimization: Upgraded from an RX 580 -> 6700 XT; in short it's just as bad

8 days ago I made this post asking about optimization:

I managed to upgrade my GPU from an RX 580 to an RX 6700 XT. I am playing in 1080p. My new GPU crushes games I previously had bad frames on.

I'm sad to report that optimization on my new card is as bad as ever; the upgrade did not help. In some areas I am getting 30 more frames, but I get 30 - 50 fps in 'The Ruins of Welryn Ruined Era - 1290 AG'; the exact stage I was getting ridiculous dips on my low card.

Why am I posting this? Well, luckily I bought my GPU for D4, but if I had upgraded just to play Last Epoch I would have burned over 400 USD.

This game is the worst optimized game I have played in a long while (even Tarkov was not this bad).
