From what I can see, you have indeed received a response from us and we’ve been continuing to look into the issue since then. Please note that our ticketing system orders tickets so that the those open the longest will be handled first. Continuing to send additional messages asking for a response will reset your position in the queue, meaning it’ll take longer for us to get back to you. I’ll close this thread to keep the conversation & all necessary information to help you in one place so we don’t ask for information you’ve already provided.
