[2023] Does Sceleton Mages shoot projectiles in 0.9j?

According to Aaron (https://youtu.be/HQ-v2AgvvPU) they are not, as show in the video. Some people in the comments say they still do though... What is it for you? Would be kind of strange if the completely removed projectiles. Sounds like a bug that was fixed after he recorded the video.
