General:
- Helmet: Bee Crown: you summon locusts every time you summon bees for the same amount, but your hives no longer summon locusts. Modifiers to bees affect locusts and vice versa.
- Weapon: High wind: Proc tornado on swipe
- Unique: Tornado lightning conversion
Encouraging more true hybrid gameplay for beastmaster:
- your minions now deal xx% reduced minion damagez but yy% Minion damage also applies to you
- Minions deal -10 to +30 more damage based on how much damage or how many hits you dealt (or ailments applied) in the last 4 seconds
Breaking up the frostbite shackles + snowdrift meta for cold dot builds:
- Belt: X Cold penetration per highest Attribute, but you can no longer convert freeze rate multiplier to cold penetration
Make vengeance relevant:
- Weapon: Renegades Wrath: converts vengeance damage to fire damage, chance to ignite, ward on hit
- Unique: something with iron blade
Thor's Set: Disclaimer: those are NOT 1:1 conversions. Numbers can be adjusted for balancing. The Thor set is more of a design concept than a suggestion for a 1:1 implementation. Set pieces struggle, because they have often no interesting stats themselves and cannot be legendary. The idea with the set was to create set items that
- can be used standalone and compete with exalted or legendaries
- have different bonuses for different combinations
- have good build variety, so you might want to build around one item or an item combination
Items:
- Hammer Mjölnir: lightning pen per strength
- Glove Járngreipr: Attack Speed (melee + throwing) per dexterity
- Belt Megingjörð: 0.1% lightning damage leeched per vitality
Set Bonus:
- H+G: increased CRIT chance per shock chance
- G+B: Lightning spell damage per int
- H+B: electrify chance per attunement
- All: increased lightning DMG per Attribute point
Other set ideas: normally not possible dual wielding combos:
- Holy hammers: dual wield hammer set (circumventing dual wielding requirements, but you still take more damage)
- Any other cool combination like dual wand, mace and hammer
