I am after 2 patches where honestly, nothing was done in my case - constant disconnects. Before anyone say "report issue to forum":

I am reporting it with A LOT of logs. Nothing was done, still same issue.

Could someone tell me - from your experience - is there a hope someone will ever look at this and work to solve this? Or should I just accept the fact I will be unable to play multiplayer at all?

If so - is there any tool or something which could help me transfer my multiplayer character into single player so I can at least play this game?

I really, really like this game, my necromancer character gives me so much fun but multiplayer in my case is totally UTTER sh*t PIECE OF STINKY GARBAGE and nobody from EHG wants to help.

The in-game reports are helpful and being looked at and utilized, so thank you for doing that when you encounter an issue. Unfortunately when issues like this occur it would take up all of our bandwidth to try to rectify the issue for a single individual when the nature of them are nearly never player specific and something we need to address for a subset of players, or all of them. Lots of effort is going into rectifying these issues so please know that we’re not just sitting on our hands. And again, thanks for the reports.

The team is saying they’re seeing a slight increase in reports like this so they’re investigating.

To make your work better, I have paid attention to things and ends up disconnect happen when I interact with things like reward shard, reward chest, npc, stash, mono shard, with like anything possible to interact. If I stand still in place and just move around from time to time, even after hours, I am still connected and everything works.
