[2023] Multiple Paths into MoF

I've taken the path through the Monolith of Fate starting with level 65 to level 75 and now into level 85.

I want to go through the other path, The Stolen Lance, to Blood, Frost and Death to Fall of the Empire. Is it as simple as going back to Falll of the Outcasts and completing the Quest Echoes again and choosing that other path?
