[2021] Loot filter issue

Yeah, the filter only searches for affixes. There’s a different way to search for normal items based off their stats. In the Loot Filter, you can set it to look for Item Types, once you have a type of item selected, you can browse the Sub-Types. That’s where things like the Sage Antlers would appear.
