This node is written very poorly. I get that when you use it it immediately applies a 2 sec per point stack of frailty to all targets. But what about the Frailty on Hit bit? Is it that you apply Frailty on Hit for the 2s/point duration of the first frailty stack initially applied by the activation of War Cry? Also anybody have thoughts about the usefulness of this node? Seems like it could be very useful for bosses in monoliths to me, because making the enemy do less damage is definitely a good thing. Seems like 3 points with enough attack speed would be enough to give the target 3 stacks for all but about 1 second if you hit your CD on time.

When warcry hits an enemy, they get frailty for 2s per point.

Having a reliable way to apply frailty to all nearby enemies on a triggerable skill is very useful. If you have another way to apply it reliably then it's not useful for your build. I frequently take at least 1 point in there if I'm using it as an auto cast at the end of werebear charge.
