[2023] Easiest build for handicapped player?

So with the MP release coming I'm finally going to be able to play the game with my wife, just trying to figure out which build to sink some real time into. I've played a lot of builds, I tend towards easier ones because...well I have to.

The big ones I tend to see are the various lazy necro builds, blender, and sometimes the summoner forgeguards (although they dont seem to have quite enough skills that can be made passive to be quite as lazy as the necro, but they're certainly very tanky). The summoner forgeguard was my favorite last time I played despite being somewhat lackluster compared to the other two, but who knows now?

Just looking for opinions, especially since I haven't played for ~a year and I know there have been lots of changes and even more changes coming in the big patch in march. Might even be other builds I've not found yet that could be viable for the lazy/easy playstyle I need. Obviously I would like to be able to do as much content as possible but if the easy builds simply can't do some of it...oh well I suppose. I still want to play the game.
