[2023] Wrong-teleport to much further into game?

I (Level 10) was teleporting back from Pannion's Study using the Portal and ended up in a level 56 area in Divine Era, then tried to get a Portal again while getting repeatedly murdered by snake people. I ended up in "Maj'Elka", got some quest completion notifications, and then went back to The Council Chambers.

How did this happen? This is my second character, and my first is only level 28 and I haven't even left The End of Time to progress yet. I was just trying to play with some friends, I think this has sequence broken a few things, and now I have a couple quests that I'm not going to be able to address for quite some time. Can I undo this quest completion?
